We stayed in the sumac chalet in October and absolutely loved it. The cabin was great size for my family. I wish the porch had some heat because we really didn't use it much because the cold weather.

A beautiful beautiful cabin. Very clean and well decorated with no scent anywhere (a big relief since we have some sensitivities). They provided games, spices and any kitchenware you may need to cook or bake, and even some wood for the fireplace. We use the beautiful waking trails and the screened in porch all the time. Communication was fantastic. Would 100% stay here again.

The check in/check out process was contact free and extremely easy. With everything going on it was so nice to get away to a quiet place beside the lake and enjoy the wonderful community of Bayfield. Our cabin was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was fun to read the message in the guestbook from the cabin owners and read about others stays in the cabin. There was also a lot of information about things to do in the area and the wifi was great throughout the cabin.

I've already booked my next stay with Windseeker Rentals and can't wait to return in the summer!

When I get the chance my choice of a vacation is staying with Windseeker Rentals - and my wedding was no exception. The home was prepared so well for the stay including a note from Jenna and a bottle of champagne in the fridge to celebrate the wedding!

I had all my bridesmaids stay at the Bungalow for the weekend. It was spacious to allow couples to feel like they had space and enjoy a vacation too. On my wedding day we got ready at the Bungalow and the light and layout was a perfect place to begin the day. And if there needs to be more perks, it was close to Wonderstate for coffee, views of the lake, sunshine through the windows and community space to connect.

Thank you Windseeker team for your responsiveness and compassion during the COVID wedding planning process. I will be back, as will all my bridesmaids because we all wanna live at the Bungalow.

I would recommend Windseeker Rentals to anyone looking for a vacation rental. I cannot speak more highly of the quality of service and experience you receive as soon as you step foot onto the property.

In 2020 alone, I have spent time at 4 different Windseeker properties and each time I leave feeling refreshed and recharged. There is a place for each type of vacation you are looking for: immersed in nature, fresh bungalow in the heart of Bayfield, a farm house with acres surrounding you or a lake view to sip coffee -- check out them when you are planning your next visit.

To note, in the middle of COVID19 and the pandemic the Windseeker team was responsive, caring and willing to work with us to create the perfect vacation.

We stayed at the White Pine Chalet and couldn’t have asked for more - it was amazing and perfect for our family of 4! It was incredibly clean, cozy and had all amenities we could need (internet, stocked kitchen, firewood, bathroom essentials, shovel, seclusion, peace and quiet). Highly recommend and look forward to coming back! Thank you!

If you are looking for a great view of Bayfield Marina and Lake Superior, the Steeple Hill Superior room will provide. The room was also clean and check in was easy. However, the quality of the room was disappointing. The queen size bed was low, squeaky, and painfully uncomfortable. There is no closet or wardrobe in the room (even though there is plenty of space), so you must rifle through your suitcase to find clean clothes or lay your hanging items on the daybed in a small side room. For the price, I expected better quality accommodations. The view was the main redeeming quality.

Steeple Hill Flats
Very Clean, no frills, becareful with the entry area in winter. If you want dishes or silverware bring your own but they do have Glasses. Also if you like soft TP bring your own.
There is a Dog that lives here that doesn't seem to like to share its space. It does bark periodically in protest to visitors. Pretty view. And nice tub in lower unit.
