Modern room with all the facilities we needed. The breakfast buffet and the full kitchen, except for a full oven, included with the room was very convenient and helped us save some money. The laundry room is has multiple machines and you can pay with your credit card. Also, it has a well equipped gym and an indoor pool. ||Finally, it is in a great location and all the staff was friendly and helpful. There are multiple restaurants and a grocery store walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely would stay here again if I'm back in Nashua.

I recently traveled to Nashua for a work trip and cannot say enough great things about The Residence Inn, Nashua! I initially arrived a day early and booked a stay here, and I absolutely loved it. When my company provided free accommodations at another nearby hotel, I gave it a chance but realized there was no comparison. I ended up leaving the other hotel and spent $980 of my own money to return to The Residence Inn because it was cleaner and more comfortable.

From the moment I walked in, Karen, the evening front desk receptionist, was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. She made the check-in experience so smooth and enjoyable. Throughout my entire stay, I felt safe and comfortable, which is so important when traveling, especially as female.

The rooms are beautifully updated and modern, and my hotel room was absolutely spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed was unbelievably comfortable; I honestly didn’t want to get up in the morning! It’s rare to find a hotel that truly exceeds expectations, but this one did in every way.

If you’re visiting Nashua and want a hotel that prioritizes cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding service, I HIGHLY recommend The Residence Inn, Nashua!

I was only there for two days with my family and we really had a great time . The room was comfortable and clean .The front desk was very helpful , the pool is big with comfortable chairs
There are many restaurants nearby to choose from. the hotel offers breakfast it was the same both days and the staff was a little rude. but the rest was great

I was here for business for a few months and had a pleasant experience staying here. Most of the staff were nice and helpful, particularly two of the front desk ladies and one of the breakfast ladies (Karen at the front desk and I’m unsure of the other two). They were always welcoming and willing to help me if I needed something. The rooms were fine, there were days where the room service would be half done or something would be missed, but for the most part I was happy with everything.

Positive: The room was better than I was expecting, like an apartment, a great location. Negative: The bathroom was not completely clean, there were many dirty areas between the cement of the tiles, an orange color, for me which is a lack of good cleaning.

Wasn’t awful, however it was far from being the greatest experience. The front desk worker wasn’t very inviting. Not even a hello; just a show me your ID… My room was clean-ish. Very dusty, the mirror in the bathroom was broken in several place, tiles were cracked. The stove was disgusting, wasn’t properly cleaned. Beds were comfy but you can tell they were getting old and the pillows were awful with zero support. Breakfast had almost nothing to offer compared to other residence inn.

Bear in mind that they are renovating, maybe things will improve with the possibility I might consider giving it another try in the future. That being said, I’m not sure how it got a 4.6/5 reviews as my experience was far from it.

However, I think can improve the breakfast with more varieties, such as vegetables and proteins.
Sausage and patty is not healthy.

Clean hotel located in a quiet area off the main road. Paving was being done to one of the parking locations but still enough spaces available for guests' vehicles. First room assigned was especially comfortable based on its configuration. Unfortunately the television, being an older model, was not working and the maintenance man who responded quickly to our front desk call, was unable to make a repair. We were told that it would have to be "swapped out" but it was uncertain as to when that evening a new television would be installed. We were moved to another room which unfortunately was not as desirable, made even less so because it was an adjoining room. Front desk offered the possiblity of another room but having already moved once, we did not have the energy to relocate - again. Unfortunately, we could hear the constant crying/whining of the children and their parent's conversations from the adjoining room. Also, the ticking noise from the refrigerator was non-stop. It was of the understanding that maintanence was going to address the problem, but since the annoyance remained, it seems either they did not or were unable to fix the problem.||Breakfast was satisfactory; seating area not overwhelming in size.Reasonable offerings but not as many as remembered. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional.
