This was a nice location. The Otis elevator worked absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing. The room was great. The pool did not look so inviting. Breakfast was your typical options and did not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again.

As a constant-travelling, youth and marginalized-peoples minister for God, I can say with some authority that having a nice warm bed to sleep in everynight is a luxury NOT a god given right. On April 7, 2025, aftee receiving virtual notice that one of my follower/contributors was donating $250 to my registered non-profit. Using Travrlocity, I found the "Springhill Suites" near the Manch-Boston Airport. While expecting the mere basics, I was blown away by the cleanliness of the facility but more importsntly...the staff was nicer to me than my own fsmily has ever attempted. I tend to be....."ALOT".
Well bless them and a bag of chips it was borderlune toooo much service! Not kiddn.
I met the most wonderful night auditor in Ms. Carol. My apologies after the fact...she listened to me practice my childrens sermons in the lobby...at regular voice...in the dark .....for TWO HOURS. She never said "Boo". Unless you include her interrupting me every 30 minutes to ask me...
"Sweetie, if you're gonna work nights, you need to learn to drink FRESH coffee. My path with God snd vow of chaste I took 15 yrs ago has kept me awsy from alcohol, caffeine, to keep my body pure. Nevermind-
I had 3 cupd before brkfast( thsnkyou Alisia) and hsve NOT been that productive for 10 years. It was worth a lil tumble from Grace.
I had best time with her and the rest of staff. I admit Im a bit weird. I asked the morning manager!(forgotnamesorry), could I play a game with her. She said, Im super busy but sure." GO FOR IT".
I pulled luggage cart into lobby..sat down like I was ridin in A Royal Carriage. I waved the queens-wave snd asked yhe staff: "WHO AM I? No one got it. Snswer: Im theQueen at Charles confirmation/coronation. No one lsughed...itneeds work. Lol.
All in all hotrel nice( pool shld be 90deg?), but what will bring m we back is the family I never knew I had. My own fsmily...ma, da, siblings and 4 of my own offspring gave up on me snd basically abasndoned me over the past 10 yrs. SHS snd their team IS my new FSMILY...if they'll have me of course. Thsnks sgsin ya'll. Love you/miss you already( I chked out 5 hrs ago.lol). Like I said...I tend to be...ALOT! AHO. AHO. AHO
Oh yea...Im 23% Lakota and 16% Blackfoot native Americsn. I hsve recurve bow and arrows to prove it!!

Our stay here was fantastic! The room was cozy and having the little kitchenette area was convenient. We have a large dog and the staff were very accommodating and worked with us to be sure we could have house keeping come in as needed without disrupting him too much. Overall, our stay was quiet. Staff was very friendly, always greeted us with a smile as we came through the door. Absolutely would stay here again!

The room was as pictured and very clean. Everything was in working order. The location was beautiful and very close to the airport. The bed was so comfortable, firm, but like sleeping on a pillow. We especially liked the breakfast buffet which included fresh fruit, all sorts of breads, cereal, coffee, juice, as well as hot items such as scrambled eggs and a meat, and a do it yourself waffle maker. There was an attendant who continually replenished the items and kept everything clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Rooms are slightly dated and show some wear and tear, but very clean. Pool is much smaller then picture suggest but it's warm! Location is less then 5min from anything you could need. Staff is very friendly (when you find them 🙃).

Where to begin? The rooms are decent, and the staff is super friendly! It's convenient to the OSHA building, so that's a bonus. But for some reason, they only stock decaffeinated coffee in the rooms! I asked for real coffee and they gave me four decaf packs again! Ended up having to go buy my morning drink instead.

Also, beware the lamps by the bed. I plugged my phone into one and it sparked and started putting off smoke.

We had a great stay here. Yes, the hotel needs some updating and some repairs. But the harsh reviews were quite unfair. We found beds to be extremely comfortable-I have serious sleep issues and had the best sleeps I've had in months. Large TV's made it easy to watch from the sofa or the bed. The shower was wonderful. Breakfast was typical hotel style-with occasional tweaks such as donuts, scones, waffles, omelets and protein changed every day. Staff were exceptional-a big shout out to Rachel who solved a potential, costly issue. Christina was always helpful in many ways. Ernesto kind and gracious. We stayed for eight nights and had no issues. The hotel was quiet and safe. A quick, free shuttle to airport is another plus. Truthfully, we couldn't have asked for anything more and highly recommend this hotel.

Love this place. I have been coming here for years. I park my car here, take a shuttle to the airport, and have a room when I get back from or before my trip. Works great. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They have a breakfest that is included, and the staff are friendly.
