Went for a the night of the first, it was clean and very homely. The front desk was polite and so was the breakfast staff. Micheal and Heather were very helpful. The pool was warm and clean, as so was the jacuzzi. Renae was also a delight to converse with. Overall a great stay. Thank you for helping me make my partners birthday a little more special.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with an exceptional front desk agent, Julio, during my stay, and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Julio greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, immediately making us feel welcomed and at ease. He was not only professional but also attentive, taking the time to explain all the amenities the hotel offered and answering any questions I had with patience.
What stood out most was Julio’s ability to handle a busy check-in with efficiency and grace. Despite managing multiple guests, they never made me feel rushed or neglected. He went above and beyond by offering personalized recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which made my trip even more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such genuine customer service these days, but this front desk agent truly exemplified the kind of hospitality that makes you want to return to a hotel. He not only met my expectations but exceeded them, and I look forward to staying here again.

Only 2 elevators for the entire building - during our stay, one was inoperable, resulting in long waits and crowded elevator rides with other guests.

Very nice venue for conferences or function with ample open and bright rooms and The function dining room was cheery , lots of windows

My boyfriend and I tried the doubletree for the first time and we are beyond pleased with everything. The male at the front desk, Julio, was so kind and very helpful. We signed up with a rewards membership with him and are happy we did! Quality service and a beautiful room. Can’t recommend enough!

So my wife & I stayed there for her birthday in March 2025. Overall the stay was okay. The rooms were clean and modern, the lobby was nice with a very modern look inside and lots of room. The Speaker's Corner where the breakfast buffet was served was great and the staff for both the hotel & Speaker's Corner were pleasant. I'm actually really torn because this really could have been a 4-5-star experience!! Unfortunately, the pool is a mess of epic portion!!! The pool area itself is one of the nicer in-hotel pools I've seen in my stays in Hilton's I visited as a Honors Member as it included a Jacuzzi and a large pool. Our first visit to the pool was Saturday morning upon arrival they had a check-in desk which I found odd? (but later understood why). When entering the pool area immediately noticed someone talking rather loudly. My wife & I saw the Jacuzzi and jumped in. Within about 5 minutes we realized it was a swim lesson as more kids started to pile in. Saturday wasn't too bad they did take a large portion of the pool but there was still room for my wife and I to go in. Sunday was to a COMPLETELY different story! The pool had 3-4 instructors and 7-8 kids! Although a bit overwhelmed we again went to the Jacuzzi. After a few minutes although it was packed I found a corner(LITERALLY A CORNER) of the pool to just relax in. To my surprise and my wife's complete frustration I was asked by the swim instructor's if I could move to accommodate the swim lessons!!! Mind you the pool is completely packed it maybe fits 10-15 people standing and they have the kids doing laps!!. The only area that was open was the stairs where they had all the swim gear laying around! My wife was steaming and at that point was ready to leave. I returned to the Jacuzzi to then find out that the two guy's in the Jacuzzi were also NOT staying in the hotel. But come for the Jacuzzi & Sauna! So maybe the "very rude" instructor though my wife & I didn't pay over $550+ to stay at the hotel and enjoy the amenities, but just a YMCA membership WTF! Oddly enough on our way out the desk attendant said I hope you were able to enjoy the pool. Obviously she must of notice my wife's frustrations, which my wife reply to her "No we didn't". I assume to cover cost and add income they rent out the pool, understandable. But the paying hotel visitors should get preference over the swim lessons!! At the least designated areas for hotel guest and the understanding to the instructors that the swim lessons are secondary to the paying visitors.

Julio was very attentive and professional. Very kind. He made me and my friend/daughter feel comfortable in our stay. It’s hard to find great customer service at times. & i think he did just that ! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Will highly recommend!

I love everything about this particular hotel! Always spotless and super comfy rooms. This was my second time back this month. My kids and I spent 3 nights here, and I can't say enough about the staff. Good people who truly are welcome and embody hospitality! Everyone I came across was so so nice. There are two people in particular though, that I need to thank from the restaurant, both Heather and Matthew! These two made a single Mama's stay memorable. They both went above and beyond for my kids and I. Working in the travel and tourism industry myself, I appreciate it 1000%. Thank you for what you do!

The best part is Julio or Julie they greet me by my name and always so pleasant. They take care my check in and make sure I am.all set. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, quiet and very relaxing. The bar/restaurant area is very cozy and the service is great.
