  • "Have to give a big shoutout to the front desk agent, Vito. Signing in for my stay was done quickly and with ease. Vito delivered great service even providing me with a phone charger to charge my phone for a little bit as I mistakenly forgot my charger when packing. The room was very clean by Johanna and even I loved the towel art decor, definitely a nice, cute aspect to arrive to. Definitely would recommend this inn to others to stay in. Very clean and great service.">

If I could give this hotel less than one star, I absolutely would.

From the moment I booked my stay, it was a disaster waiting to happen. I specifically called ahead to confirm that they had an EV charger, and they assured me they did. Fast forward to my arrival—during a storm, no less—only to be told there was no EV charger on-site. Fantastic.

The problems didn’t stop there. There were luggage carts available, but no elevator, meaning I had to haul everything up flights of stairs. When I finally got to my room, I was greeted by dirty sheets—absolutely unacceptable. But the worst part? The complete lack of soundproofing.

At 4 AM, chaos erupted. A maintenance crew started hammering and drilling because water was leaking from the ceiling all over the hotel. Yes, you read that right—at four in the morning! The noise was relentless, and any hope of getting sleep was completely shattered.

This was, hands down, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

I brought this up to the manager and they gave us a minimal credit which was just insulting but I was exhausted and just want to leave this place.

I stayed for 4 nights to attend a family gathering in the nearby Andover, MA.

Rooms are recently remodeled. They are spacious. Our one king bed room had a sofa with one seat (love seat would have been better). Room does not have drawer/chest but has an open closet with shelves. Bathroom was clean and had anti-fog mirror.

Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels were provided daily.

Basic continental breakfast was served 6-9 am on weekdays and 7-10 am on weekend.

Free well lit parking was easily available.

The staff at the Reception desk was very friendly and helpful.

I would stay again (good value for money)

Very upset with this hotel, they refused to honor my prepaid reservation thru expedia alleging that for the last 3 days they had a fall out with expedia for nonpayment, how is that the customer’s fault? That asked me to pay again which is ridiculous. If they have an issue with expedia address it with your legal team and stop expedia to be booking with you. I came from another state at 10 pm to deal with all this aggravation. Not profesional at all, and bad front desk service.

Connected next to a 99 and right off the highway, this hotel is a gem! Rooms are so clean and comfortable, looks like they were recently updated. Ample of space, beds are nice and tons of storage space. They have 5ft outdoor pool, non heated. Breakfast is great too with a waffle maker that kids will love to make. The only complaint is there is not enough sun light through the windows on the 2nd floor.

My wife got food poisoning from the restaurant that's located in the hotel from the fish taco. The breakfast was Continental ...muffin, cereal, waffles, etc. Plenty rooms available almost to ghost town

We loved the room in every way except the motion detector air conditioner kept me awake since it kept shutting off when we slept. I asked at the desk but they said they couldn't help. They said many people complain about it. I really liked the hotel but we will have to switch to another place from now on when we visit our grandson. It should be deactivated at night.
