I had a great experience staying here! The front desk staff is very polite and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great stay. The location in Nashua is convenient, with easy access to everything you need. Plus, they have a pool available in the summer, which is a great bonus. Overall, a nice place to stay—I would definitely recommend it!

Mostly Clean. Room stank of ciggys. One towel. Inexpensive. Honestly, though, Desk Dude was really sweet. The room did have a big mini~fridge and a teeny microwave. There was one thin blanket, but the heater worked. Water pressure and temperature in shower, totally adequate.

these hotels are like the old times when you can pay cash for it. and you don't need a credit card and as long as you have an ID and the money
to pay for the room your good to go, but the downfall is these rooms are very old school looking and not very high class they look very dark and I think they need to be upgraded a great deal but anybody has their own opinion check it out and give your own opinion on them

Rooms were quite clean, and the location was perfect. It's just a shame I had to lower the rating due to the fact that the service here is HORRIBLE. Recently had staff claim and lie to my face about our room before we left earlier today about the room being "horrendously dirty" even though I worked very hard to clean, and couldn't even defend myself because I didn't take photos for proof.

Sharing this tip for other reviewers: When you book a room here, ALWAYS make sure that you take a photo of the room when you first walk in, and BEFORE you leave after cleaning to create a solid alibi for yourself.

I learned from my mistake the hard way. So I'm sharing my experience so you can avoid this, as well.

Will never come back to this place the room 324 had bed bugs and cockroaches my son had to go somewhere else because he was getting bit my boyfriend has several bites we went to the office for our money back with live bed bugs in a bag to prove they were there they moved us to another we checked the whole room found dead bed bugs and crock roaches everywhere the next morning there was a live cock roach on the sink and found a bed bug crawling on my babies pack n play I went back to the office they said they would refund me all money for the whole week which was $640 once they had someone come to say yes there's bugs in here when I already had the bag to prove there was. As I was checking out I saw the cleaning lady go in the room bleaching it so the bugs would hide so when the bug people came they will say no bugs. It's been 3 days and they still have not refunded my money back . If I don't see a refund by tomorrow I will be contacting a lawyer and be getting more then a simple refund I had to throw my son's bed away and everything

The neighbors can be a bit spicy, but the service was great and the room was clean. Best value for my dollar on a motel room in my life, would recommend.

There is no way this great building began life as a Motel 6. The rooms are huge, the building is great, and the staff are absolutely fabulous. Sure, things are a little worn, because it's an older building, but that's going to turn into a charm factor in another decade or so, and they're keeping the place while maintained. Keep in mind that it's Motel 6, you're not going to get a free breakfast, the vending machines are terrible, and there's no gym or swimming pool. However, look around at the lovely trees surrounding the ample parking, and enjoy a budget stay in a great location.
