Fantastic Stay at Courtyard Marriott Nashua!
This hotel is an absolute gem! The property is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, with plenty of thoughtful amenities that made my stay truly enjoyable. I especially loved the outdoor fire pit, which was the perfect spot to relax, and the cozy bar lounge in the lobby added such a welcoming touch.
The staff were incredibleāsuper friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality really made the experience stand out.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and canāt wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service in Nashua!

My only complaint would be the Starbucks place, they are good but I don't think the kind of service matches with hospitality way, fast food is nice as an option but not as a main restaurant service, besides that. I was ordering the same breakfast every day, but it was always something different every day too, whoever was taking the order was mixing the menu options differently

8 days in to a 10 day stay and took 1 hot shower as the hot water went out on day 2. Front desk staff was apologetic but communication and service from hotel management was abysmal. Was told every day that the water would be fixed by tomorrow, which was false, and had to contact Marriott corporate to even get a proper answer regarding when we would get hot water, which turned out to be false as well. Elevator and ice machine were out of order the entire stay, and based on the elevator inspection certificate, has been expired for 3 months.

Good hotel. Iād stay there again for sure. No complaints. Clean, outlets and usb ports all worked. Quiet room, good mattress and bedding. Parking available in back close to room. Friendly staff.

It is a very convenient location, and the hotel overall is excellent. I came here to review because the front desk person working on the 10/28 morning saved me. I had gotten a hairbrush stuck in my hair like it was terrible, and I went down to ask her to help cut it out; she ended up talking me down and sat me down and helped me get it outāgenuinely unbelievable service and indeed such a fantastic person. The only problem I had with the hotel when I first got there was a personal appliance plugged in by the last person on the ground, which made me worried they did not clean the room properly.

PROS:
Good Location
CONS: Literally everything else.
What an absolute dump.
Where do I even start....
First off, this is technically a 3 star budget hotel. BUT it does not have a single microwave in the room. They do however have a restaurant with horrible and overpriced food.
The outlets on the wall next to the bed DO NOT work. None of them.
The Television (some astrocity that was made in the 90's) is off to the left of the bed, which means .... you'll have to have a perfect neck mobility to even watch TV in your hotel room.
The Starbucks lady is either on drugs or extremely overworked. She did not know what an Americano was....espresso and water, no fanciness. She charged me $6 for a cup then handed me a cup of lukewarm water, when I questioned her, she went into the kitchen area and turned around immediately with the same cup.
I went to front desk to talk about it and they just brushed me off like " Oopsie daisy there's nothing we can do lol"
The hotel is EXTREMELY small there is no space for anything, you'd think you were staying in Manhattan.
There is absolutely nothing to praise this MOTEL on. Extremely disappointed.

Stayed for a Christmas gathering. Payed 160 for the night thinking it was worth it. I was taken back, to the early 2000's tv while connected was from then then sink wouldn't drain. OK cleaned l couldn't sleep bc the mattress was so old feeling. Elevator was out of inspection everything was so dusty Cobb webs could be seen. Shotty craftmenship on nearly all the installs with no QC after. Yuck. Idk how this place has so many stars. I was so congested while staying here because of the dust alone. Nice outside areas. Oh and no hot tub? We'll they don't want to fix it. It's covered up with a deck and three lounge chairs. Nope. Not again sorry. Spend the money on the small things and get big responses. The people were wonderful and treated everyone very well but really felt bad for them because they just didn't know and don't understand what an update would actually do for the place.

Iām currently staying at the Courtyard in Nashua until Sunday, January 5, 2025, and I feel like I need to share just how disappointed I am with my stay so far. Since I checked in on December 30, 2024, things havenāt been great. Thereās been almost zero communication from the staff, and getting even basic things like towels or a pillow delivered to my room has been a huge hassle.||I asked the front desk if there was anyone I could speak with, like a manager or supervisor, and was told there was no one available. I figured it was just because of the holiday staffing issues, but now, itās starting to feel like a bigger problem.||I asked the front desk to have a manager contact me when one was available, as I had a few concerns to discuss. After what I witnessed last night, Iām actually kind of glad no one reached out to me. Let me explain.||Around 3:00 PM yesterday, I was sitting in the lobby, waiting for a friend to arrive. A woman came up to the front desk and said something was missing from her room. At first, I wasnāt sure what it was, but I found out that money had been taken after housekeeping cleaned her room. The front desk associate went to grab the manager, and thatās when things got really bad.||The manager, Greg Geddes, came out like a bull, yelling at this woman as if she had done something wrong. He immediately got defensive and started accusing her. He told her to file a police report, and when she tried to explain what happened and give details, he just shut her down. He told her the housekeepers worked in pairs, which I know isnāt trueāone housekeeper cleaned my room alone. She tried to tell him that, but he ignored her and kept raising his voice. He told her not to cause any trouble, and then said that because she was on a discount rate, he could charge her full price for the room.||The woman was clearly upset and confused, and I heard her mention that sheās been coming to that hotel for years and has family that works for Marriott. It felt like Greg Geddes didnāt care at all. He made it seem like because she got a discount, she wasnāt a ārealā guest, and her issues didnāt matter. He kept telling her she should be grateful for the discount and just get over it.||She tried to get clarity, asking how the discount had anything to do with how she was being treated, but Greg just kept talking over her and told her he had to stick up for his employees and will not deal with the way she was acting. It was honestly shocking to watch. Eventually, she called the police.||By this time, my friend had arrived, and we sat there, watching the whole thing. Neither of us could believe what we were witnessing. If this guy, Greg Geddes, is the one in charge of your hotel, itās no wonder the place feels understaffed and the communication is terrible.||When the police showed up, the officer went to speak with the woman privately in a quiet area, but when the officer talked to Greg, you could hear everything. Greg was still yelling, repeating over and over that the woman was on a discount rate, as if that was the only thing that mattered. Honestly, I couldnāt believe this was the guy running your hotel. He couldnāt even talk to the officer calmly or professionally.||My friend and I had to leave, so Iām not sure what happened after that, but I seriously doubt the woman got her money back. Iām just stunned that someone like Greg Geddes could be the general manager at a hotel. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no hospitality. This woman has been a loyal guest for YEARS, and she was treated horribly.||I wasnāt sure if I was going to write a review, but after witnessing how badly she was treated, and seeing how this affected my experience, I felt like I had to share this. I will definitely not be staying here again, and Iāll be telling my friends and family about what happened. If you're thinking about staying here, Iād strongly suggest you reconsiderāyour belongings might not be safe, and who knows how youāll be treated if something goes wrong.||I really canāt believe Marriott would allow someone like Greg Geddes to run a hotel. Shame on whoever gave him the general manager position.
