I liked my room. The bed was comfy, they gave me a kitchenette at regular room prices, and I was separate from the main hotel. The shower was a bit cramped but...let's face it, I'm a fat guy. ALL showers are cramped these days.

Someone said that it had a lot of road noise. Piffle. Every hotel in Gorham is in the highway. They all have road noise. I've stayed in others. Same amount of noise. The real advantage here is that the noise this time was half price. No joke, I got a nice kitchenette (with full size fridge and stove, not those little things) for about half the price of a regular room at the other hotels in the area.

The owners are ridiculously friendly and accommodating. I arrived at 1 am and they were closed. But earlier in the day they let me know where the key would be, where to park, and any other info I needed.

Will gladly stay here again.

This is the second year we have been there. The place is clean, the staff are wonderful. We actually me some nice friends there as well. Thank you for your hospitality. Great place to ride your ATV from, you connect right to the trails in Jericho.

Booked a two night stay while up north hiking in the area. Small cozy family owned, very well maintained grounds and pool. Location was convenient to town, state parks, Mt Washington area etc. Room was very clean and comfy enough – no frills but did wish they had a hair dryer. |I traveled solo and felt comfortable being there. In room coffee maker and small minifridge, no microwave. Price was reasonable. Everyone was very friendly and obviously take pride in their investment. Plan on booking again when in the area!

This is a very basic efficiency that is perfect for your overnight stay or multiple day. The owners are fantastic with tourist advice, places to go and more. The little kitchenette was stocked with kitchen utensils to make a meal.

A basic motel. We stayed here for 1 night while we were passing through. The room was very clean and had all you could want for an overnight stay. A small room with a TV, bed, desk and chair and a restroom at the back next to a small wardrobe. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. Service was very good and their local knowledge was well received. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are nice and cozy with a cabin feel. The owner is very friendly. The location is extremely convenient - only 7 minutes away from the Appalachian Trailhead, which was perfect for me as I hiked the entire Presidential Traverse Trail.

I've spent about 20 days at MBL, split between 2022 and 2023, staying in the same unit, an efficiency, both times. Am reserved for August 2024 for more than a week. ||MBL is a well-kept facility. Housekeeping is available daily if you prefer. All appliances and heating worked well for me. ||For 4-5 years I have been visiting the Whites to hike. I've also stayed in Lincoln, North Conway and Twin Mountain. When considering the access to so many trails/peaks, the access to eateries and supermarkets, the lodging and price, MBL is my favorite stay.||I don't understand why MLB's rates are so much lower than other lodgings in Gorham (or, more broadly, the Whites), but such is my burden 😀.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Very decent sized motel, friendly front desk! The rooms were super clean when we checked in. Parking is right in front of the door. Well lit and fitted with basic amenities (TV and Fridge) We had no complaints.

Definitely a great value motel in the area.
