It's a motel. I needed somewhere warm, clean, and safe for a night. Yes, it could use some touching up, and some more hooks on the walls, but it did what I needed. Nobody was rude to me as mentioned in some other reviews, they checked me in efficiently when I go there fairly late, and I didn't have any issues. I would stay again in similar circumstances.

It was fairly priced and met our standards. Very simple room which is what we needed. However, I feel like the photos and information provided were a bit glorified. The inn sits right on a heavily trafficked area so it was kind of loud at night especially with the ATVs. The room we slept in had damaged furniture that was also being held sturdy by pieces of paper/foam, and the towel rack wasn't secured to the wall. We also checked out the hot tub and the water was very slimy and cloudy. The pool had swimming bugs in it too. It was fine for what we needed and staff was friendly, but just not what we had expected.

This is NOT a luxury hotel by any stretch. Simply a standard “road hotel” in a great area. Location is convenient. Room doors face the outside. Room was reasonably clean but cheap materials used throughout - such as, hollow doors (that struck) low grade carpeting, simple amenities. Doors had daylight coming through - not plum. Light fixtures had dead bugs. Beds were comfortable though. Lots of road noise. No food service provided.

I love this hotel don’t get me wrong at all like they’re great at bringing towels to you and everything like that and cleaning the room. The only problem I have was when we were leaving I was waiting for my friend to come pick us up and the guy got mad because I was there longer than 1 o’clock, but I wasn’t in the room. I cleared everything out But he got mad because people wanted to grill and I moved my stuff by the fence out of the way and we were swimming until my friend came what he did let us go swimming, which is very nice of him but my friend was a half an hour late and he’s like when is she gonna be here? I said 130 and he goes on the dot. I said she might be a few minutes late. That’s the only problem I had. Also lots spiders in the laundry room, so I did not do my laundry after I saw them when I looked up.

This is a motel and not an inns and suites place|I have no idea how people rate this place highly.|Room #106|Unrepaired walls and damaged furniture|Peeling wallpaper in the shower.|No hot water for the shower |Soft spots on the floor|Nobody on duty in the office to help out |Musty odor |Styrofoam under one of the end tables?|I talked with people in two other rooms who were leaving and staying in another hotel for the next night. They were also highly disappointed in their room.

Location is very good but this is an overhyped stay and not maintained properly. Room ceiling was broken and the AC keeps running whole night without a proper thermostat. Charged $270 for a single room due to Labor Day weekend rush. Best to be avoided at any cost.

Do not expect world class rooms. Our room was CLEAN, NO BED BUGS and COMFORTABLE. bathroom was spacious and kinda new i guess, just missing some hooks to hang towels but no big deal. Swimming pool and bath tub were decent, there was a firepit close to the pool that they lit on our second night. Getta from the front desk and her team were very accommodating all throughout our stay. Definitely recommended to stay at this place whenever you visit gorham. Oh btw they are pet friendly, just inform them before you check in.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were a very nice amenity. It was the perfect spot to stay, in the middle of santas village and story land. Enjoyed our stay & we plan on returning next year!
