Stayed here from March 23 through April 6 2025. I really enjoyed being there. The staff were really friendly. Room service always did a great job. Great views from the hotel. Quiet place. I was there for business but I would definitely come back for vacation. Highly recommended the Glen house.

Comfy beds and pillows. Cozy and quiet room. Restaurant downstairs. Great views from the hotel. Room service always kept up with the rooms. The bar and restaurant had a great view of Mount Washington. Had no issues at all during my 2 week stay. Super recommended!

Great first visit! Excellent staff and service! Beautiful mountain views. Hotel was very clean and well kept. We did the snow coach as part of our package and it was a blast! We'll be going back for sure to try the XC skiing and snow shoeing that's also offered. The bar and lounge area had beautiful views and a gas fireplace outside to sit by. Great place for all ages!

This is the second time we are returning to this hotel and resort. It’s so quiet, peaceful and pleasant! Rooms are large and clean great view from both sides of the hotel. Costumer service is excellent. And always fresh hot complementary coffee and tea 24/7. Cross country skiing is very close, highly recommend! The restaurant is fine, not really impressed, but for that area is ok. We definitely coming back again!

Stayed here as a birthday getaway for our youngest in lieu of a big birthday party and we were all glad to have done so. I mentioned it was his birthday in the concierge form, and they had a card, a couple cookies, a mug and some maple taffy waiting for him when we checked in. He was delighted!
Room was clean and nice, if a bit close for four. Staff was all very helpful and pleasant, and the views of the snowy mountains were amazing. The salt water pool is small but awesome, especially in frigid February.
We got 6" of snow the night before we left, and everything was well cleaned & cleared before check out. Would definitely come back!

This is a great 4 star hotel. I would rate it higher if the pool was indeed swimmable (it's too short) and if there was a jacuzzi to relax in at the end of the day or when the weather is bad. There is a great lounge with fireplace and a bar with original cocktails made by Neal, an innovative mixer. The food was very good. Make sure to ask for discounted room rates such as AAA and other plans.

Stayed with our fur child for our anniversary. Arrived in the snow and wind. It was a consistent 40+mph wind at the base. Hotel and staff were nice and the room was clean. We had a nice dinner and drinks at the in house restaurant. The next am we had blue sky and beautiful views! Only suggestion is if you're going, bring warm clothes and a windbreaker/insulated jacket especially if you have a dog to let out as this is basically at the base of Mt Washington. Definitely plan on going back again. Great first experience.

Relaxing and a simply pleasant place to stay when focused on winter sports with convenient dining. Excellent value and impressive service. So easy and enjoyable when focused on xc skiing and snowshoeing. Throw in fat bikes and the tubing hill and you have all you need is at this easy to get to location. I also took advantage of the charger for my plug-in hybrid. We have been here before and we will be coming back again. Oh, and let's not forget that in the last five years they have done an outstanding job maintaining the property so it is always just like new!
