Rooms very clean and well organized.
I had a single queen bed. Had to move the activity table away from the window so that the heater would properly circulate air.
Dinner and breakfast service in the dining room were great. Food is excellent.

Definitely recommend!
This is my second time here, and I definitely recommend it! The place has such a special vibe that makes it feel unique every time. The rooms are nice, neat, and clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurant remains one of the best I’ve tried in the area. Each visit has been exceptional, and I’m already looking forward to the next one!

Location is beautiful, service is awful, the bar service is slow we were seated for 30 min minutes no one ever came to our table. Breakfast fast amazing our server was Nancy only person that knew how to talk and accommodate guest. Definitely don't waste ur time.

It’s great for the price. The rooms are old and dated. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked clean. The food at the restaurant was really good! We had a party of 11. We tried 3 apps, had pastas, steaks, seafood, pizza…it was all so good! The buffet breakfast was also really good! We will definitely stay here again on our next Santa’s Village trip!!

We enjoyed our first visit here so much that we decided to come back for a second visit. The rooms are clean, and we enjoy the amenities (indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center). The staff that we dealt with were all very friendly and accommodating - except for one who was staying as a guest and tried to fight my husband and me with a group of her friends. And I admit, the restaurant leaves something to be desired- the food wasn’t great.

Unfortunately during our most recent visit, we had an issue with some other guests that escalated to a physical altercation. What’s worse is that we later learned one of the aggressors is employed by the resort. The employee, Lauren, came to our door in the middle of the night with three other intoxicated adults. They were angry that we asked their child (who was alone and running in the hallway at midnight) to please stop running and waking us up. So they came to our door, angry and one of them took a swing at my husband. Another woman put her hands on me as well. I was able to get them out of my doorway and lock them out, but I stayed uncomfortable for the night knowing one of them was an employee, and that she now had access to my information and possibly the room I was in. We did notify Kevin at the front desk and he told them they needed to quiet down. He also gave us a ticket for breakfast, and we were given a late checkout. The resort went out of their way to make up for the sleep disturbances, and the violent encounter with the unruly drunks..

We are looking forward to our next visit, but we will be checking to make sure Lauren isn’t there before we will stay again.

Positive: Its clean and most of the employees helpful and friendly. The pool area hot tub sauna and steam room are very clean and well maintained. The exercise room up stairs is also very clean Negative: Employees at the front desk should remember that a hello a smile and have a good day cost nothing and goes a long way. Having a bad day Im sorry me too but I still said thank you with a smile

February mid week stay for snowmobiling. Couldn't have a better location with trail in back parking lot.
Pool and hot we're clean and great. Along with room. A had chicken parm over fettuccine, tough chicken, very little sauce and over reheated fettuccine. Black and blue burger was very well done, when ordered medium. Breakfast sandwich and omelet was ok.
Recommend booking on line. My rate for both nights was changed when I needed to move Tuesday to Thursday. Yet online no charge. Use this feedback to plan your stay and where to eat...

If I could score a 10 I would! This is our thiRd year staying here and each time does not disappoint everyone is so friendly and warm and welcoming ..it's clean..the pool area is warm and relaxing 😌 the food at the restaurant is amazing..and my son got a tour of the kitchen which he thought was incredible! we definitely will be back...thank you so much
