I stayed here for a couple weeks in December. Solid, clean, straight forward rooms at a great price and great location, 10-15 minute walk to most things in Gorham.

Neil, the owner, is The Man. Thanks Neil for always being there and making sure we had what we needed! Great dude. Any time I'm in Gorham, I'm staying here.

Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This place is very outdated and looks like a 2 year old cleaned the room. Very dirty. The pictures do not look anything like the actual rooms. We walked in the room and checked right back out. We were supposed to be staying at Mt. Madison, but they had a pipe break and were having guests go to this hotel instead (owners own both places).
Only positive was the owners were polite.

Positive: "" Negative: I am a Senior, with a little mobility issues. I would like to be able to stay, a lot more, if I could afford to come more often alone, I probably would ? If I was alone, I would just need, one bed, clean room with small fridge, microwave and heat.

An economical place to stat with all the necessary amenities. It is within walking distance of restaurants and has plenty of parking for large vehicles. We arrived before our room was ready and received a call later alerting us to the fact the the room was now ready1 Although they do not serve breakfast there are good options in town.

Room was clean and cozy. TV was easy to use. You would be surprised how often hotel TV sets don't work right. I checked in a few minutes early and that was fine. I reserved on their website. Also easy to do. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here! We will be coming back! The Inn was clean, the pool was clean, and the backyard had a large grill, and gazebo with a table and chairs. A few feet from the gazebo is the river which there is a short trail to and you can hear the beautiful river sounds. Our room was a good size, and clean and the beds were comfortable! The continental breakfasts were very good along with a friendly staff. The location is perfect! 25 minutes to North Conway, Berlin is a couple of miles! Lots to do!

I am so grateful that this place was open and accommodated me at 2am. My GPS did not work correctly during snow and turned me around. The manager came and let me in and checked me in for safety sake that I will always appreciate. The room was neat, clean, tidy, and safe. It is however older equipment.
