Stayed 1 night, came in late at 8pm and got the 2nd to last pull thru spot. Easy access, no frills. It's right beside the highway but not much traffic noise in early April. New price is $30 which we happily paid for an easy overnight with 30amp service (50amp didn't work in our site #18).

Not too far outside of Death Valley National Park (45 miles approx.), easy drive in and out of the park. Easily accommodated our 43' RV and trailer. Very friendly staff. Basic RV park but very clean and full hookups that work well. You can't beat it for the reasonable price. There is some road noise, but it didn't bother us. Wife said she couldn't hear any traffic over my snoring anyway, so take that for whatever it's worth. 🙂

If you can't get in at Death Valley, this is the next best thing. You can't beat $25 a night for FHU. Laundry and bathroom are in need of some TLC/cleaning. Laundry has 3 washers and 3 dryers. When we were there, 1 washer was out of order and 2 of the dryers. Not good, especially when it takes much longer to dry clothes than to wash them. Camp host is Great!

This is a no-frills RV park. Full hookup sites with 50 and 30 amp electric. The web site says they have WiFi, but they no longer do. Fortunately there is 3 bars of 4G cellular service. About an hour from Death Valley National Park.

Full hookups for only $25. Super nice guy runs this RV park. Right off the highway so you can hear the traffic, but you are just North of town a couple miles and the park in town charges almost double the price. We will be back.

There's not much to it. The laundry room had 2 washers that worked and 1 dryer. The man that manages it was very nice and helpful. But I think his hands are tied to make improvements. But it was cheap and safe and we spent 2 nights there. We're not hanging out in campgrounds, we are exploring national parks and it's close to Death Valley. It perfectly met our needs.

I called repeatedly, left cash in a drop box (per the sign on the door), then parked. The electricity did not work at my site or the vacant site, adjacent to my own. Yes, I checked the breakers. I'm a licensed electrician. The line side feeders were not electrified. The restroom stayed locked. I never noticed any employees. The following morning, I called a few more times and searched the area before leaving. I have yet to have my call returned.

This was a good spot at a great time. The 50 amp power was extremely good and stable. We arrived on a day when temps were going to be 104°. All sites face west. The gentleman at the office was very personable and guided us to the site, and made sure we were all settled in. $25 was a great price, too!!!!!
The only downside is it being close to a well trafficked highway. We were ok with it.
