I never had a problem when I was there back in 2007. Hauling stuff in rolling out empty. Professional staff. Friendly. Arrived early made my appointments. Everyone happy.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. It literally takes hours just to get on the scale. I can’t even imagine why they are so slow but it is like this every time I come here. I am telling my dispatcher to never send me there again

It’s better to have one lane. No one follows those traffic lights. You will never get on the scale because of these idiots.

My main complaint is that this is the only facility that doesn’t have proper amount of restrooms for the size of the property. They offer ONE bathroom. This is supposed to accommodate the drivers making deliveries. More than once I have been in line with 30 - 50 more drivers. The ONE restroom is located at the entrance. But that is not where they will stage you after you scale in. They have several staging areas around the facility that drivers can and will sit for hours on end with not even a portable toilet in sight. Leaving the drivers to “wash their tires” while waiting. And the office complains about this. But WILL NOT offer any solution. There are other restrooms but drivers are NOT ALLOWED because they are not employees. It is VERY CLEAR that US Ecology is cheap and not caring for the drivers that bring the deliveries.

I have been coming here regularly for over a year now. Ground hands are awesome! Once I get through the scale, every one is very efficient, and pleasant to talk to. Two stars simply because the scale is super slow! I get that it takes time to make sure paperwork is in order, but it is way slower than last year. Today I witnessed an altercation between 3 drivers that could’ve been way worse if one of them would have completely lost there temper. I think a motor vehicle style number system should be in place. Drivers arrive, go to window, get a number, and only get on the scale when your number is called via cb radio, or digital readout. There has to be more control coming from US Ecology on this matter. Someone is going to get hurt.

Appointment, Appointment, APPOINTMENT. arrive 30 min b4 appointment scale in , stage for instructions, scale out, easy peasy. I arrived early, broker gave 0900-1100 FCFS instructions HOWEVER not so 1100 appointment. They were very good to me being my first time here and actually let me scale/check in early also started unloading 45 min b4 appointment.

Too slow ,staying on scale at least 30 minutes and please make you do have appointments let your dispatch call set up the appointment!

I see these drivers complaining about how long the process takes. You must not understand what you are delivering or the regulations involved with your waste. Or the ramifications of them handling your waste wrong. Please feel free to refuse your loads so the rest of us can service your customers.
