When I checked in, I was told all the rooms had been renovated since my last stay. I was pretty excited! When I got to my room, I wasn't so excited. Room felt like it was still old, despite everything having been replaced - maybe. Tile in bathroom did not look "replaced". There was what appeared to be blood in shower - gross! Mattress felt like it hadn't been replaced in 20 years! I was really disappointed. Then, when I tried to fall asleep, the refrigerator sounded like there were birds in it! I was never gonna fall asleep - thankfully, I had Tylenol PM with me and off to sleep I was!

Update.

Spoke to Rob the manager and he comped our stay and was very apologetic and told me how he was going to address this issue with his staff. Invited me to stay again and we may just do that. Stay tuned!

The room was extremely dirty. Fridge had crumbs and stuff spilled in it. Microwave had something all over the inside. The floor in the bathroom had urine on it. The toilet seat kept coming off. There was hair all over the sink. The carpet had broken beads in it. Asked the desk for help, and they handed me a spray bottle and a rag! Went back and after 30 minutes of CLEANING MY OWN ROOM I pulled back the covers, which the staff assured me was fresh, I found more dirt and a toenail! Went for help again. They gave me linens. I insisted they actually come up and change it this time. Everything had half an inch of dust on it. Eventually tried to sleep only to listen to the people in the next room the whole night thru the paper rhin walls. Told the front desk when I checked out about my experience when we checked out and she said "I'm sure the manager will do something about it when they get here"

My family traveled to the Green Bay area for a Fishing Tournament. The overall stay was good but a noisy High School Tennis Team that decided to celebrate both nights we stayed kept the hallways loud well after the suggested quiet hours of the hotel. Each night we had the opportunity to hear loud music and audibly loud discussions. The hotel staff tried to quiet but were not successful until at 12:30 - 1 AM the party finally split up. Not the greatest of places to stay noise wise. The walls are paper thin and the staff does not have the authoritative nature to quiet out of hand guests.

Very clean hotel, great location, parking lot is small. Not enough parking spots. Room was clean but had a weird smell when we first entered. I didn't smell when we came back later to the room. Maybe cleaning products used? Very comfortable beds and pillows.

We have stayed here quite few times before, this time it has been beautifully remodeled, and it’s so clean not just the room and bathroom the whole hotel, the pool area so clean! We have a youngster and the frog area splash zone we call it, is just amazing perfect for everyone in our family! Staff was so friendly and welcoming, breakfast has a great variety and quite tasty. We have more Dr appointment scheduled over the next 3 months we will be staying here again and again for all our Green Bay needs!

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn before and enjoyed it. This time they missed the mark. Our room was not clean upon arrival. Crumbs and hair everywhere. But the biggest issue was room #104 has a huge bug problem. There were 30-40 large black flying bugs in the window upon arrival. Front staff said the hotel was completely booked and we’ve yet to hear from management to see what our experience was. This trip missed the mark.

Usually I stay at another IHG property in GB. However for this trip due to location I chose to book here.

Over all the management team has provided a great remodel and facility for guests to stay at.

Praises:

Michelle(sp) front desk is exceptional. Providing answers to questions posed and very helpful. A huge asset to the facility. Other front staff were good and also provided what was needed.

Cleanliness is emphasized by how the rooms are set up.

Electrical connections for USB and C connectors are great. Huge plus.

Breakfast was great and selection for the pancakes is wonderful.

Things that could be improved.

Check the elevator for cleanliness. Doors were smeared with the same pattern the time we were there.

For the room with the jetted tub. Additional towels should be standard.

The other scenarios that presented themselves i have brought up to staff.

They were brought up out my love for IHG.

Our stay at the hotel was due to a medical problem that our son was going through at St. Vincent's. We were grateful for the staff that provided understanding that they met our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast that had a great choice for our selection. We appreciated the fact that we didn't have to think about the morning meal.
