Flown in many times. Top-notch facility and service. Super helpful staff, they’ve always been incredibly accommodating. Very nice GA terminal with tons of pilot amenities. Always more than happy to lend me a courtesy car to run and get food or conduct other business in GRB. They’ve put my plane in the hangar for a few hours at no charge during harsh winter conditions.

Executive Air on the other side of the field is also a very nice FBO. But I had my very first intro flight at Jet Air/Pilotsmith for my 12th birthday in 2013, so Jet Air has my heart and will always be my preference. I highly recommend to GA pilots, you won't be disappointed with this FBO.

We have ZERO complaints and no problems to discuss!
We were lucky to find your Hangar #4 available to our G500 while we finished building our Corporate Hangar in Fond du Lac. It’s nearing completion w/i the next month with a few minor details to tidy up. We have the plane secured inside and it fits!

Dylan, we spoke a year and half ago when we made preliminary arrangements with an “Unknown start date” but you said “there would be space available when ready”. Thank you for holding true to that offer starting March 2023. Your line service was amazing!

I can’t remember all the line guys names. Please THANK each and EVERY ONE of them for us! They all were prompt and professional. Even at 4:30AM, or 11PM they had a smile and took a liking to their job.
They were very cautious, careful, and we never felt safety was jeopardized.

I’d like to compliment Merisa for always being available for car rental updates, fuel and schedule changes. She never appeared to take a day off. Most times it took less than 5 seconds for her response. Thank you! Sorry to bother you so much. Communication was great! We appreciate the fuel discounts as well!

Laura’s billing was prompt and accurate. We also appreciate the pro rated charge for this last month of July. Thank you.

In closing, we can’t thank you all enough! We are aware there was a lot of work that went into our operations in and out of Hangar #4 since March 17th thru July 17th. Everything went very smooth.

First time coming to Jet Air Group to pick up the CAP C182T and the customer service was outstanding! The lobby and conference room was very clean and had free water/coffee. There was plenty of spots to part the airplane and everyone was professional. Plus they had the WI Passport Flying Stamp.

Went to Jet Air Group to take my FAA Part 107 (Unmanned Aircraft General - Small) test, and couldn't have been happier. The staff was very friendly, and the facility was spotless. Dylan, the examiner, was a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely remember Jet Air Group if I ever need to take another FAA exam.

Great FBO! Flew in to Green Bay from Minneapolis (KFCM) in my Piper Warrior for a Packers game and was treated kindly and professionally. Despite them being extremely busy and having much larger aircraft and more important customers, they quickly marshaled me in, provided fuel, and were very friendly. Huge tarmac and available hanger space. Clean FBO. Great location. 10/10. Would recommend.
