Easily the worst hotel we've ever stayed.
1. The front desk staff were very rude, every time we spoke to them. The bartender was definitely no better.
2. The room we booked was not the room we got. Imagine putting 2 adults and 3 kids, one being an infant, in the tiniest room. The room didn't even looks like the pictures shown.
3. Cleanliness was not great. The toilet had toilet paper in it and the ceiling was covered in dust.
4. There were kids EVERYWHERE. they were running around the lobby and up and down the halls, to which not a single parent or staff member said a word about.
5. The poolside was so wet you could not walk without slipping and our 5 year old fell hard leaving the slide area.
6. The breakfast was gross looking and the options were incredibly limited.

Overall, it was far from the little relaxing getaway we were hoping for. Very disappointed and upset we spent the money to stay here.

Likely the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried sleeping in. There was a very obvious slant from the foot of the bed to the head board. I had to sleep in the opposite direction to make it feel less weird.

The front desk staff seemed irritated with being at work.

The bartender was very nice and the two complimentary drinks was a nice surprise.

We didn't swim in the pool or anything because we were only there to catch a flight early the next morning. But it looked nice. Everything seemed clean.

Absolute garbage place! We brought our granddaughter for her birthday. We chose this hotel because it has a children's play area in the pool with small slides and things. But that's were the god part ends. First of all they charged for 2 rooms even though only one was requested. When it was discovered at check in they happily canceled the the extra room but refused to refund the multiple nights extra charges. Then all night they kept kicking her friends out of the pool because they didn't have a wristband but wouldn't allow us to purchase more. Front desk staff incredibly rude.
The toilet in the room didn't flush most of the time and the sink in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been washed from the last person who stayed in there.
Only positive I can give is maybe location because it is near lots of shopping.

Our family have used this hotel for many family Christmas Parties and always had a great time. So My wife and I just wanted to get away for a night, swimming, Hot Tub to just relax for a night just get away. Yes last minute I get it I had a hard time finding a poolside room on line OK busy weekend for them it was Sunday morning and I finally found a poolside room. Ok checked in no issues very easy got in room it was clean nice. Went into the pool and it was disgusting dirty, cloudy, tiles missing and messes everywhere Hot Tub was the same. Remember I had a hard time finding a poolside room because they had NO workers cleaning the rooms all the poolside rooms stayed empty dirty lights on TV's on even late into the night. My background is in Management for me I was curious how much money was lost because on line no poolside rooms were available. My suggestion would be find new Management drain that pool power wash it clean it and find someone to paint it. I'm pretty sure the broken pool tiles is a safety issue. We'll I'm done Ranting pretty sure I will not be going back. Thanks for reading to the end.

Positive: The poolside room was nice and big and the breakfast options were plentiful. Exceeded my expectations!! Negative: The only recommendation I would have is that you have blackout curtains in the room as an option and not just sheer curtains.

Positive: Really enjoyed the pool side room with all the amenities right there in the pool room! Negative: The amount of chlorine in the hot tub was too much. Burned your eyes just trying to sit in the hot tub which made it not so enjoyable.

I would call our experience here average at best. The hotel wasn’t horrible, but it certainly wasn’t worth what we were charged. My biggest complaint is noise:
1. We were assigned a room where the window overlooked the pool. At 4am, hotel staff decided it was a great idea to talk incredibly loud. Pool rooms echo very loudly, and we were woken at 4am on a Sunday.
2. The climate control register was the most obnoxious register I’ve experienced. Every time it turned off, it did so with a loud, high-pitched squeak that woke us up every time.
3. The lamp beside the bed made a rhythmic humming noise regardless of if it was on or not.

My second complaint is the breakfast. It’s the same juice options and rewarmed sausage links of every other hotel, except in a room that is way too small for the capacity of the hotel. You certainly get to know the other guests while you wait for your bagel to toast.

No complaints about cleanliness, however I will not be using this hotel again.

My favorite spot to visit on my way to vacation. Kids love it, long term parking, breakfast and sooo clean. Shuttle driver was so kind, front desk helpful, and night time bartender was fun, knowledgeable, engaging, and knew so much about the area and fun things to check out. Ashley was her name. Some stays even included a few drinks for eligible adults on the house. Waterside, pool table, ping pong, game room, relaxation area, and even a piano I played a bunch. Had a great time!
