Absolutely wonderful stay this past weekend at the Lodge. The hospitality of the staff is incredible; it was almost surprising to us how out of their way they went to make our visit special and memorable. We were celebrating my birthday weekend and were left a celebratory gift on the room. They also left us with some welcome chocolates which was a nice touch.||I visited the spa on Saturday and it’s certainly worth the hype. My treatments were wonderful and the spa itself is pristine; my only complaint is that it was clearly booked to the max on a weekend. I personally think the capacity they allow takes away from the serenity and the intention of relaxation - the common areas are not that large so it was far more noisy than I’d care for. (But the robes are to die for!!). ||The room was well-sized, very clean, and felt updated. My husband complained of the bed, but I thought it was fine (it seems others have the same issue). The bathroom fixtures are very luxurious and part of the reason you want to stay; I will say that the shower is far too small for a Kohler product. The features (multiple heads, dial temperature) were wonderful but the size of the shower itself was a bit comical. ||We used the shuttle to go downtown and felt very well taken care of; I never caught the shuttle drivers name but it was his first day last Saturday and he was one of the highlights of our whole visit. So kind, and inquisitive, definitely a keeper for you, Kohler!||Overall we’ll definitely be back, we absolutely loved our stay.

Absolutely excellent. So many little details that puts this hotel at the top. Obviously the Kohler technology in the bathroom was insane. The interior design is gorgeous. All employees were so nice. The 5th floor bar was great as was the 1st floor restaurant for breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The amenities are delightful. Drinks at the Tavern in the Sky we're excellent and inventive. The view was very cool. Proximity to the stadium can't be beat.

Rooms were beautifully appointed. Everything was very clean. The staff was extremely welcoming and offered tips on our stay. We were here to tour the Packer Hall of Fame, and its location across the street was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. A bit of a splurge, but definitely worth it!

We had an awesome time staying at Lodge Kohler. It did not disappoint. The rooms were super clean and had amazing Kohler bathrooms/showers. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. The restaurants had delicious food too! We will happily stay here again.

Have stayed here many times in the last year. Sad to write this because I love the restaurant, shower and location, but I can no longer stay here because the beds are so uncomfortable. Way, way too firm and I typically enjoy firm beds. Wife and I toss and turn everytime. There are many reviews stating the same and I hope that someday this amazing hotel will listen to these complaints and update the beds to something at least moderately comfortable!

We were hoping to book a foot massage and the register insisted we book a pedicure with a note indicating we were prioritizing the massage over the pedicure. When we arrived, I was asked if I wanted gel or polish. I already had my toes done but when I told the tech “my toes already had gel on them” she insisted I choose either gel or polish. My toes looked better coming in than they did coming out of the treatment. The treatment was very rushed and my toes look like clumpy white-out. I did not get a scrub, I did not get any massage other than the application of the moisturizer. When asked if you wanted your toe nails trimmed, there was no care. They did not pay attention to how the toe nails would look. One quick straight cut and sharp corners was what we got. When offered refreshments in the middle of the treatment, the drinks did not cool down until after the treatment so we could not enjoy that during the pedicure. There was also dust in my water. The tech said there was lemon in the water but it did not taste like there was lemon in the water what so ever. When they say “massage” take it as a reapplication of moisturizer. There was no massage.

Update: I got a call back, and the issue is currently being resolved!

Employee at the front desk of the spa could NOT be bothered to check us in, she was incredibly busy typing. We were checked in by someone else who made a big show of letting us know what the charge would be for our service. They then proceeded to charge us TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE than that when our service was complete.

The spa facility is really nice and we enjoyed time in the hot tub after our massages, but will likely not be returning. No one likes to be overcharged and the massages were OK but not special enough to make us want to return after being grossly overcharged.
