I don't usually write reviews but thought it important considering the customer service we all receive these days. Not many places have the kind of employees that make you feel like they actually care about their customers but that is what sets Kerber Rose apart. I could hire my accounting work anywhere but I choose Kerber Rose because of the people.

I went in to work with Phil and explained that I needed him to help me get up to speed with my taxes and to take care of my company taxes and he agreed to do that with a smile on his face when we left. But when it came time to actually do what he said he was going to do, he was no where in sight. I called 3 times and left 3 messages, detailed messages. An associate of the company then also left 2 messages with callback details. Nothing from him. I find it extremely unprofessional to ignore a client. I explained in my voicemails that even if he did not want to work with me for whatever reason, to please just let me know so I can make other arrangements. Still. Nothing. I will also make sure to let everyone I know, personally, that I was not satisfied and why.

Very hard to write such a one star review when this company had started off on a decent foot with my business and I, I have been using kerber for 3 years working with Katie G. and after the pandemic gouge they preformed here we will not be using them again, the first year bringing them my business, rental properties and spouse taxes went well, costing $550, the next year a random jump even after we closed some of our accounts to nearly $800, I have no issues there small increase is understandable, Now this past year having the pandemic our small business closed and we only purchased one more home for our rental portfolio, This past year they are now charging us $1100 (that is not a typo) They have kicked small businesses owner while down during the pandemic, in my opinion a very very sad play, I personally find this business anti-amiercan at best, They missed huge write offs on my last tax file as well I had to get fixed by another company, Please contemplate before trusting your hard work and income to a place like kerber rose, They are here to line their own pockets its very clear to see.

I was unfortune enough to not read the reviews here on google, I see a friend of mine Ben, a small business owner I know well has also been treated poorly here, We have a great network of small businesses in green bay trying to grow lets keep that going and provide insight and data about business such as kerber rose in the future, at this current time they have ignored and pushed back many calls, resulting in late fee's to their payment requested, another step to the blatant scene, Please take this review in to consideration while looking for resolve in your business ventures.
