I've had the pleasure of working with Mone't now on two trips. The first was an international trip that Mone't arranged our flights for. We were delayed on the first leg of our flight and Mone't worked into the evening to ensure our connections were changed and we were on the next available flights. She also took care of securing our Australian visas while we were in New Zealand. It was so nice to be checked in at every stop of the way and know our travel arrangements were taken care of.

The second occasion was a last minute, out-of-state family emergency. I was traveling home through IA with poor internet service and thus was unable to even try to look at flights. I called Mone't and explained the parameters of my travel and that I needed to be out on the earliest flight in the morning. She was able to book the exact flight I wanted and bundle it with the rental car and hotel. Not only did she take care of the booking for me but my flight (PLUS car and hotel) from MN to CA was LESS expensive than my cousin's flight from WA to CA!

I cannot overstate how wonderful it is to have a knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant professional take care of you travel arrangements, from A-Z, and completely remove any stress, or quite frankly just mental load.
