Every time we come to Hayward to visit my daughter we always stay here. It is always spotless, kept very clean, the food is always delicious and well kept, everyone here is extremely friendly from the cleaning staff to the front desk to the maintenance man. It is a deal to stay here for about $125 a night plus free breakfast free parking and it is Under Security while you were here rooms are also very spacious especially for someone like me that is here they have ice machines a bottle of water as much coffee as you can drink if you want to stay somewhere that’s worth your dollar this is the place to be you would have no idea it was only three stars

We had a great experience here. Clean rooms, easy to check in and out, booked at a good price on hotels.com. We brought our dog and it was reasonably priced and convenient for us all to stay here. Would return.

Okay bear with me, as this is a long one lol, starting with:
I was in the pool visiting my friend, and another family was also in the pool/hot tub, just hanging out and chatting. One of them had biked over, and brought their bike just inside the pool area by the gate, because the hotel has no bike racks. The general manager stormed out with an attitude, and when the kid said he'd just move the bike, the manager gave him more attitude and barked at him to get out. Now, the kid did get (rightfully) mad, and ranted a little too loudly about how the manager could've just asked politely, to which the manager responded by coming back out and kicking the ENTIRE FAMILY out of the pool, stating that guests "are only allowed in the lobby, no where else, if you want to visit someone staying here they meet you in the lobby and you sit there together". First of all, that's a ridiculous rule, and second, the front desk lady specifically told me (and them!) that guests were fine to swim in the pool together as long as the person booked into the hotel was with them.

On top of that, the building had been under construction for at least a year, with absolutely nothing to show for it. The parking lot is old and cracked, with parts of it literally squishing under my feet as I walked, the couch in the room had no cushions and was therefore very uncomfortable, the shower stall sliding door was broken and instead of fixing it they just put a badly hung curtain that didn't even touch the floor, and the worst is there's a broken down, old car just sitting in one of the only handicap parking spots on the premises that 1. doesn't have a parking pass, 2. doesn't have a handicap placard or plate, 3. was last registered in 2014, and 4. has been sitting there long enough to be COVERED in spider webs. When I tried to complain, I was told "oh yeah we don't know who that belongs to" and that they "couldn't move it, there's other handicap spots around so just park there". Meanwhile, one of the only other handicap spots WAS TAKEN BY THE GENERAL MANAGER, also without a placard or plate. Never coming back, and telling every single one of my friends and family to do that same. Disgusting behavior, disgusting rooms, and honestly the pool was pretty dirty too. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to stay 🤢

I would not stay again or recommend this place. I will say that the staff was friendly,approachable, professional and tried to accommodate me. My complaint is with the room itself. Noone should ever be place in a room without a secondary exit especially on the 3rd floor. I've attached photos to show the lock placed on the broken window that needed a special tool to open. I immediately asked the front seat to be moved to a different room once I entered. On entry of room it was very stuffy and smelled heavily fragrant of cleaning product. I immediately went to open window when I realized there was a lock placed on it. The front desk stated they couldn't change my room because they were booked to capacity. It was suggested that I use the air conditioner because window didn't open. It was very warm that night and the smell of cleaning product was overwhelming. My room was a fire hazard, earthquake hazard , and health hazard. I'm so glad there was a chair in the room that looked strong enough to break the window glass incase of emergency. Please beware when booking with this business they ask for a $100 deposit which was refund 4 days after my stay. They also charge a late check out fee which I was informed the following day during breakfast.During check in and during my phone reservation no one informed me of this. I asked very thorough question when booking and once I arrived and each time it was never mentioned until the following day. I had to make major changes affecting my sleep and travels because of it. I'm stating all of this so no other potential guest will have surprise fees not stated or be put in a room that's a hazard.

This place provides excellent service, and the guest relation staff, particularly the night shift, are very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Lorenzo for being so accommodating and nice. We've stayed here twice and are looking forward to our next long vacation. Hopefully, the lobby renovation will be completed by then, so we can take some nice photos of the facade to remember our stay. 😊❤️

I really wish I can put less than one star. This hotel is horrible. I came with my eight month baby and he did not have a crib. They said we were gonna send it and the first day they never sent it so they never sent it and when I called, they said we only have one bed and we give it to another Person it’s absurd they don’t care about their customers comfort I was not able to sleep all night because my son keep moving in the bed and they did not even care they did not even hear me. They did not listen to my complaint. Don’t come here. They do not care about their customers. I will never be coming here again to the construction. They have everywhere and the mess.

When I first got there I saw the hallway walls were pretty damaged and dirty and there was people that where being really loud at late night hours , the walls are pretty thin so you don’t have much privacy and as I walked into my room it had a funky smell and our shower head was loose and the water was barely coming out! This place I would not come back too, the only thing nice about it was the front office which is being renovated and we couldn’t request another room because they were sold out some how !

The room was really great and the manager and staff ,they really saw to all of our needs and made sure that we were quite comfortable. This is a rarity in these days. And our property was made safe by there state of security. Both inside and out I would highly recommend coming here. I give it The most stars I could . But the real Stars are the staff and team that made our stay top shelve .AAA+++ I highly recommend you to stay here we enjoyed our self and you will too.
