I stayed at this hotel because I was in town for my graduation ceremony the next morning. What should have been a special and memorable trip turned out to be stressful and disappointing from the start.||When we arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. We had reserved a room with a whirlpool, but were given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke, even though we are non-smokers. We were only moved to a different room because we insisted on it. The hotel made no effort to fix the issue on its own.||To make things worse, the room we were moved to didn’t have the same features and was priced lower than the one we had initially booked, because they said that there was no space. I hope the hotel considers refunding the price difference, as we didn’t get what we paid for.||The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. The windows offered no soundproofing at all—it felt like we were sleeping right on the freeway. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of the constant traffic noise, which completely ruined what should have been a restful night before my 9 a.m. graduation. The hotel provides earplugs, but they’re so cheap and ineffective that they didn’t help.||Instead of enjoying a peaceful stay to celebrate a big moment, I left feeling tired, frustrated, and highly disappointed. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to others.

I hadnt been to this place for years. It has been remodeled since i was there years ago. Convenient location. Food and shopping within walking distance. Right off the 880 highway. Nice welcoming staff, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere. Pool and hot tub is a bonus! Also, breakfast is available in the morning and coffee all day in the lobby. Highly recommend

The rooms are facing a busy road and the traffic noise is unbearable. They provide ear plugs which is nice but they should install double layer noise isolation windows instead. This place is not suitable to serve as a hotel at the moment.
The lady at the breakfast room was kind and the room was clean

Positive: I called the front desk for another iron because the one I had was leaking water all over my daughter gown for Graduation. She brought it to me in 5min!! Negative: I didn?t like the bathroom!! It?s way to small! The door couldn?t open all the way. The seat was so close to the wall that u had to sit on the toilet at an angle. Toilet was CHILD SIZE!

horrible experience, i have been a diamond member for a while and never had so bad of experience at a Best Western. the filipino lady at the front desk she’s so racist very bad attitude and very bad costumer service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. No extra towels nor blankets also they charge extra to be able to use the three machines at the so called gym.

The rooms were decent, but the smell in the lobby and the surrounding parking area were unpleasant due to water logging. The breakfast was okay, but there weren't many options for vegans.

Been here when I was a kid & as an adult now I can say the services are still GREAT! Breakfast is always fresh no matter what breakfast item you chose! Staff are hardworking & amazing! The room always clean & sleep is always good!
