Friendly and supportive staff. When a 1 year old machine is stuck in the shop for over 2 months waiting for the right parts (again), not a good service. This amount of issues in 1 year from a brand new machine, wonder what else is going to go wrong?

I had a bolt come out of my Arctic Cat XF7000 and needed to know the bolt size to get the correct nut. It was a trail fix. They had the info and were happy to help me get going again fast. Thanks for your help. This says a lot about the type of company that they are.

My review is basically in two parts.
First, the Arctic Cat Prowler Pro. We previously had a Polaris Ranger and a Cub Cadet Challenger (Hisun) UTV's. Both served their purpose well but maintaining two units took time and we couldn't take grandchildren with us. We bought the Prowler for a 3rd seat and, primarily the serviceability of the machine. After we got it home, and started to use it, it became apparent very quickly that this unit far out reached any of the other brands. It's features, comfort, and capabilities are exceptional. The Specs, 3 Cylinder engine, access to the important parts (Belt, Oil, Filters), seating and carrying capacity put the others to shame. This is the machine you want to have.
Second, the personnel. Working with Katie and Travis made the whole process smooth. They had every answer, to our questions, quickly. When we arrived to pick up the machine, everything was ready and we sailed right through without any problems. We take "customer service" very seriously. Having been a small business owner, I know what it means to be taken care of properly and they took care of us they way it's supposed to be done. Unlike so many businesses today that just don't realize that customers are the lifeblood of their business.
If you're looking to make a powersports purchase, this is definitely the place to go and the people to work with.
