After viewing the website back in April, I chose a property, Serendipity I, to stay in August 2024. About 2 weeks before my arrival, there was an update on the website (no emails or messages to me directly) stating they would be doing a beach renourishment from July 1 - 31. The work was still being completed into August, and I was informed it should be completed the week of my arrival, but of course, it was not. It wasn't even a beach renourishment. They are building a sea wall, and it is nowhere near completion. They deceived me, knowing I'd have little recourse upon arrival. Overall the house itself was OK but the hot tub had a slimy feel to the water and the bottom is covered in sand and the cleaners didn't vacuum the couch prior to my arrival so the sand from previous guests was still all over the couch. It's really unfortunate that I had this experience that could have been avoided with simple honesty and compromise. Management did very little to remedy the situation and take care of my concerns prior to arrival. Honestly, the property should not have guests while this work is being completed. There's wood, metal, screws, and other work supplies on the patio and sand. The workers arrive at 7:45am to operate their loud machines and are in the backyard all day so it is not usable. Why stay at a house on the beach if you can't use the beach?

Response to management: Once again you're being dishonest! I was not personally notified of the work (if I hadn't gone back to the description on your website for the amenities, I would not have known). I was never offered an alternative property. I was not sent pictures of the full work even though I requested several times. I was only given a small discount and waived pet fee after arriving and seeing the horrendous condition of the property from front to back. I booked this beach trip for my birthday and spent the first 30 minutes crying, upset and mad that I had been lied to and scammed with no alternative possible. I hope you are more honest and provide better communication with your future guests.

This home and location exceeded my expectations! It was the cleanest home I’ve stayed in, the pool/spa/outdoor space was fabulous! Well done! It’s also one of the only homes that provided more than just one toilet paper, paper towel rolls, soap, etc. I came with my supplies but never had to use!

The were super responsive. We only had one minor issue with the elevator the day we arrived and they were there to help and fix the issue within minutes! I highly recommend this home and host if you want an amazing stay! Definitely far exceeds some others on the island I’ve stayed at. They care about their guests and it shows.

I can’t say enough, thank you for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable! We will be back if you will have us!

This was an Amazing place. Very clean and well kept. The host did an amazing job and left nothing out. The amenities were perfect and kept our family busy and active. Exactly as described but even better in person. The neighborhood was safe, quaint, and so peaceful. Host was extremely responsive and informative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend!

Serendipity Anna Maria property under the care of Lyn, Rick and Maria was absolutely a 5 star experience from the beginning of our reservation though our 5 day mid January 2025 stay. Their responsive and informative communications was the best I've experienced over the last 3 Airbnb properties that I've recently stayed at. The property was well maintained, came with all amenities as advertised and was perfect for your extended family of 7 to enjoy the warm Gulf coast vibes, not feel crowded or cooped up while offering family friendly amenities such as baby crib, high chair and great bathrooms. The open layout of the kitchen area, living room and first floor porch overlooking the charming backyard and heated / lit pool was awesome. We used the gas grill for one of our meals which added to the experience while the gas fire pit added extra ambiance and comfort in the chilly evenings. We did use the 2 person kayak for fishing one day which allowed us to scratch that itch. I'd highly recommend this property and do thank this owner/management team for their care and attention to detail by offering a high quality place to stay and create lasting memories.

This home and the hosts were amazing. The home had everything you could ever need and then some. Our favorite was how we did t need to rent extras, pack extra stuff as it is already there. The home was spotless and decorated with such gorgeous decor. The hosts were on top of everything even went as far as making dinner and things to do suggestions before arriving. The message even included links to menus. It was so helpful. We often go on long weekend staycations and will definitely be back to one of their properties.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Pool and spa area was a great place to chill after a day on the beach. Highly recommend staying here. Owners are great to work with and attentive to your needs.

Very nice place! I loved how it was kid friendly for toddler with toys highchair. Nice golf cart. Hot tub was phenomenal. Air conditioner was broke and the owner came right away and got it fixed. So legit place with a nice owner! We have a great experience in Anna Maria!!! Thank you!! Gave us great memories

Superb home with amazing hosts and to top it all.. 8am visits by dolphins easily seen from almost all of the house! If you are staying in the area, choose this house! Especially if you have anyone with special needs! My kids didn’t have one issue and enjoyed ALL the facilities!
