We stayed here for our honeymoon, the staff were so incredibly accommodating and polite. The room was a great size, kitchenette, bathroom, bed were clean and comfortable. Only a minute or two walk to the beach. This easily became a favorite of ours on the trip, I can't wait to go back again

Our first and favorite place to stay on the island. Lori is/was fantastic. We feel like we lost a little of us with our favorite no longer is there/available. Damn storm. We have only great memories from here ❤️.

Just finished a five week stay at the Anna Maria Motel & Resort. As in prior years, it was a wonderful stay. Our time overlapped with friends we’ve met there and it was great to see them as well as make some new friends. The Anna Maria Motel & Resort is right across the street from the ocean, has a great pool & hot tub as well as bikes for riding & everything you need at the beach. The rooms are clean & nicely decorated. The best part of this is the manager Lori. She makes sure everything runs smoothly & everyone’s needs are met; she is truly appreciated. We look forward to our return in 2025.

We had a blast. Just a short walk to the beach. The motel had beach chairs for us to use. Bruce was so helpful. There were bikes for us to ride and they provided a bike lock when we went to places. The room was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub looked nice, but the weather was too cool to use either one.

Location pretty much as close as you could get to bean point Beach. Amazing location! Best beach! Towels, umbrellas and chairs available to borrow. Lori was helpful with questions and advice and was around each morning. We had room #9 which looks to be recently renovated and it was very nice with a pullout couch. Plenty of hot water and amenities in the room. It was like a 2 bed/1 bath cottage and was private. We would love to come back! A few small things need to be fixed/looked at and I will send an email. For how well this place is maintained, I have no doubt they will look into it. Great affordable option with just a short walk just steps to the beach! The rod and reel is a short 4 min walk also for a drink or food.

This was our second visit staying here. Here for a couples get away. |Prices are increased and the owner is not on or near location. Time to put some money into it with improvements inside and out. |Inside the bathroom and kitchen need a remodel. |Would be nice if the blinds fit the windows better. |Outside the pool corner by the stairs is starting to crumble, the bottom needs a good cleaning and a net or two so we could help keep it free of bugs and leaves would be great.|Lori and Brian are always great to work with and do a great job on location! |We can stay at a private home with a pool and hot tub just around the corner, for just a little more money so don’t out price yourselves! |Also offering a 20% discount and not giving it to guests that have booked especially when they are return guests is crappy! Do better !

My family and I just had our third family vacation at Anna Maria Motel Resort. We have always stayed in Room 9 and the renovations that were done are wonderful. We previously stayed here back in 2015 and 2016 and we love this little motel. This time around I stayed with 2 friends in Room 9 and my parents stayed in Room 1. Everything was nice and clean and service was amazing like always. The pool and jacuzzi are great after a day at the beach too. Even though there are more tourists going to Bean Point than years past, the location of this motel cannot be beat, you are less than a 5 min walk to the white sugar sand and beautiful water. There are many restaurants walking distance or a short drive away. We ate at The Ugly Grouper, The Donut Experiment, Rod & Reel Pier, Ginny’s & Jane E’s Cafe and Gift Store, The City Pier Grill, and Two Scoops and never had a bad meal or wait time despite summer crowds. We live in Tampa so the drive is not too bad and always recommend this place to friends and family. Cannot wait to come back!

As a tradition, our family travels together for Thanksgiving, sharing the joy of the season, the fellowship, food, football, and fun with each other. The place we stay at for the weekend becomes an integral part of this experience. We could not imagine a better experience than the one we have received at the Anna Maria Motel Resort. From Reservation to Check Out, this motel has maintained the "Old Florida" charm that much of Anna Maria Island has sadly forgotten. Lori, our general manager, could not be more accommodating, always available with an answer to any question or request we had, either in person or by phone. The rooms have been nicely updated, with new appliances and countertops, and they are always clean (Lori makes certain of that, as we saw her cleaning rooms herself on our departure). The pool is warm and inviting year round, and was enjoyed by all. And, when weather was forecast to be less than ideal, our wonderful hostess with the mostess suggested using the carport as our dining room, which happened to meet our needs perfectly. If your looking for a quick getaway, with the most friendly staff (which is a reflection of the owners), and a reasonable rate, then you can't go wrong with Anna Maria Motel and Resort. We will be returning for stays throughout the year, and can't wait to bring the family back for Thanksgiving for years to come!
