We were a small group, three of us and 5 others but the cruise took place at 4pm. We so enjoyed the views and the considerate crew of the Captain Jimmy. We were happy to see the next trip, sunset cruise had 90 people booked! Shows just how popular it is.

We booked the "Biscayne National Park" tour and come to find out, it was the same tour as the Millionaires Row and Best of Miami tours (the names may be slightly different). We booked the National Park tour as we thought we would get to see some of the national park as well as learn more about it but not once was it even mentioned in the entire 90-minute tour. Had we known, we would have booked a totally different tour. Poor overall advertising. I will say though the tour guide did a great job presenting in both English and in Spanish. Very impressed.

Arrived very early and the ticket window agent was very kind in changing my initial time to an earlier slot. Upon boarding, we had our picture taken which we bought almost at the end of the tour. (Cost $20 but worth it as a momento of our activity). Luckily we boarded last and had the fortune of sitting out in front with an unobstructed view. The tour was entertaining with music in the background and our tour guide detailing every famous persons homes along the way. The captain and entire staff were courteous and friendly. It was worth the price and strongly recommend as something to do while in Miami.

Great tour, great friendly staff, as for winning a free vacation, I was not convinced it was free, it felt more like a sales pitch, if you’re offering a free vacation to a winner then we should be given a certificate or coupon, not the $40 deposit sales pitch.
