We stayed at the Casa Mariposa and absolutely loved it! The home is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, and so private. The home was stocked to cover basically any needs (cooking utensils, beach bags, etc) and the rooms were cozy and spacious. Oh, and it is just across the street from the beach - no more than a 2-3 min walk!

We had great communication with the company and clear direction for check in and check out. When we come back to Anna Maria, we will stay with them again 🙂

Outstanding stay for our entire family. Close to everything, water, shopping, great restaurant's, you name it -
- All right there.
Great fresh picked daily fruit and vegetables underneath the palm trees by the beach.
If you want to rent something it’s available !!

We had a great experience renting from Once Upon A Beach. We rented Coconut Lagoon. We had a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful inside and the pool area is an oasis. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed , the beds were very comfortable. We had-no problems checking in. We will definitely use Once Upon A Beach again next year.

There is a reason that there are only 5 star reviews on Google! We have had the pleasure of booking with Once Upon a Beach twice to vacation on Anna Maria Island. Both times have been amazing! All Decked Out and Sole Mate are beautiful updated homes. The pool areas are the best! The kitchens have all you need to cook, even though we did not utilize the kitchen because we wanted to explore as many restaurants on the island as we could. We highly recommend The Blue Marlin, The Waterfront, Sandbar, The Porch, The Ugly Grouper, Pizza Social, North Shore Cafe and Ginny and Jane E’s. Make sure to rent a golf cart by Once Upon a Beach as well, they have the nicest golf carts on the island! We were lucky enough to be able to visit the Holiday Walk on Pine Ave during December for the second time and it was so much fun. We stopped by OUAB and told Nikki about how we were excited to spend our anniversary with them again, and she gave us a bottle of bubbly. It was the absolute sweetest gesture and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Brittany at the front desk is so kind and gave us great tips about the island. My husband and I remembered renting the golf cart from her last year because she was so sweet and we were so happy to see her again! The batteries in our keypad malfunctioned one day and they sent out someone from maintenance super quickly, and he fixed it in less than 1 minute. He was extremely nice as well. We have met so many locals on the island, and everyone here is so incredibly kind and that truly makes our trip even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return to Anna Maria Island and of course we will be staying with Once Upon a Beach, again!

Once Upon a Beach made our vacation so easy and so wonderful. We stayed at Casa Mariposa which was honestly a dream home for our multi-family vacation. Perfect amenities, beautifully decorated, excellent location. Anytime we needed anything, Once Upon a Beach was responsive and helpful. Would love to come back!

We truly enjoyed our family vacation at A Shore Thing and we most definitely will be returning. We spent six nights and the house and pool were amazing. Kitchen fully stocked with all your needs. Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and toys were in garage to share, along with lots of pool and beach towels.We cooked BBQ two nights and the patio was wonderful to relax around pool while cooking. Once Upon A Beach management team was wonderful to work with and were super helpful in answering all questions about Anna Maria Island. They also rent golf carts to make your stay even more enjoyable!!!
