We stayed here early August and got cabin 11 the smallest one. It was tiny but very clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Very close to the lake. Host was very nice and let us know where everything was in the area. Will definitely come back with our kids next time they would have loved it.

Beautiful view, very peaceful. I loved sitting out on the porch and just watch the wind,water,and trees. Having a fire in the fire pit was a great way to finish the evening. and once the fire is out the view of the stars is absolutely breathtaking. I know I gave 4 stars but not a whole lot can be improved on.great way to get away from the city and recharge. Only complaint is wifi was really iffy, but it is the middle of the woods and mountains and forest shouldn't be about electronics. Oh also have a DVD player and VHS in the room. Shouldn't be about that but kids can need extra entertainment. And looked like library of VHS not sure if they were rentals in the office.

Staff was excellent and cabin was great. It didn't have a couple of things but called and they brought them in 5 minutes. I asked them to mail things we left and they did. It was a great stay.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights to get out of the city and I was not disappointed. I wanted a vacation to relax, enjoy nature, and not have to drive anywhere or do anything. I loved the cabin we stayed in. Most of my time there was spent sitting on the covered porch watching the lake. The mid day/afternoon isolated storms were the best because it was so pretty watching the rain fall on the lake, hearing the whistling of the wind thru the trees, hearing the thunder rolls thru the mountains, and afterwards seeing the rainbow form over the water. The fire pit was a nice way to end the day and once the fire had went out the stars were beautiful. You don't see stars in the city like you do out there! I grew up in the foothills, with the California Sierra Nevadas as my back yard, so coming out here (after moving to Texas) was exactly what I needed.

Amazing cabin, very comfortable and clean. We had the smallest one, #11, and still it had everything: kitchenette, bathroom with shower, nice place to sit outside.

This place is great! Clean rooms, hot water, quiet, great staff! They take care of this place very well. Fire pits, playground, VCR tape library, clean grills, laundry machines. I didn't want to leave.

Great place e to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a few days of boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, or whatever you like to do in the beautiful Vallecito reservoir. Pike, Trout, Bass. And when was the last time you personally saw the Milky Way in the sky? Not in Albuquerque, that's for sure. Just do it!

Spent the previous weekend here with absolutely gorgeous weather, views, and wonderful people. Thank thr staff for being so Accomadating to help us find our cabin in the dark. 10/10, can't recommend enough.
