The wife and I needed a place to stay for a family emergency and this place truly brightened up our spirits. The place was neat, spotlesss and extremely cozy/relaxing. Also comfortable. I slept very well. We were able to walk a short distance to the beach area and see the beautiful lake superior. Ashland was also across the way. The cottage was in a nice area and Katie gave all the information needed to make finding the place easy and check in go smoothly. Will definitely be coming back.

What a great place for family to gather! It has a large kitchen stocked with everything you might need to cook meals. The living room looks out over the lake and is very cozy. The 4 bedrooms are nicely appointed and it is a bonus to have 2 king beds. Katie was very responsive and helpful. This is the second time we have rented the Lake House and we have been very pleased with it both times!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lakeside cabin! The cabin was spotless and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. This cabin stay was incredible! The lakeside view alone is worth every penny — waking up to the sun rising over the water and watching the peaceful lake in the evenings was absolutely magical. The cabin itself was cozy and beautifully maintained, with a rustic charm and all the modern amenities you could want.||The fireplace was a highlight, creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy nights in. We spent hours unwinding by the fire, and it truly made the stay feel extra special. Absolutely amazing cabin experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The cabin was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-decorated, with so much attention to detail that made it feel like a true retreat. The location was secluded enough for peace and quiet but close enough to towns hiking trails and nearby attractions.

The hosts thought of everything — from extra blankets and a fully coffee bar to a fireplace that added the perfect touch of warmth. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and we loved relaxing under the stars.

This cabin truly exceeded all our expectations. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and nature, and we’re already planning our next stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Lake House. It was very clean, decorated for Christmas and then there is the ice cream in the freezer!! We loved it. Katy and family are so accommodating and welcoming. We will continue to stay Mission Springs when we return to Ashland. Try it. You will love it.

My spouse and I spent one night in Cottage 5 in late October 2024. We prefer "mom and pop" type lodgings when we are traveling. Mission Springs Resort did not disappoint! The cottage was very clean and comfortable, with a bedroom with a king size bed, a large bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen open to a family room. The hosts provide a welcome gift of ice cream from a local dairy, which we found to be unique and thoughtful. We will definitely stay again and hopefully for longer when we next travel through Ashland, WI

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin in the woods! It was the perfect escape from our busy lives, nestled in nature with a great view of the lake. There's something magical about being surrounded by the trees, with only the sounds of nature as our background music. This cabin truly gave us the chance to unwind and feel closer than ever. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic and rejuvenating getaway!
