I've been taking groups of college students to Morocco every couple of years since 2010, and I book through Fellowship. I have seen their agents work wonders. One year a kid lost his passport the night before we left. He got a new passport the next day and the Fellowship agent got him rebooked and on flights to arrive one day later than the rest of the group with no extra surcharge or change fee.
I've gone to Fellowship with 2 months' notice for a group of 15 and have seen them get us full reservations and better connections than other agencies were offering for considerably more money.
I don't know how they do it, but I am glad they do.

The travel agent with FTI mistakenly canceled 2 seats on an international flight while I was on travel, and I had to pay extra fees ($300) to rebook the seats during off hours. Furthermore, going through FTI prohibits the client from personally making changes to flight times. With each flight re-scheduling, i had to pay another $50 per seat. I had used another agency in the past and they allowed me to modify flights on my own. I just paid the travel agent assistance fee up front. That was so much better.

Excellent travel agency. You never know how good an agency is until there is a crisis. We had a mission trip planned and the day before traveling, the croudstrike outage happened. FTI worked with us as best as the airlines would allow, to rebook our team for another date. When the date came up our reschedule flights were cancelled due to severe storms. FTI then proceeded to request refunds for our team. Again, after battling the airline for weeks, we received the news that our money was being refunded. Not many companies would work as hard as Jeremy at FTI worked for these refunds. We are very appreciative of his efforts and the job he did in keeping us informed of how things were going. Thanks again, Jeremy, for all your help!

It’s not often you find a business who does what they say they will do and has a heart for it at the same time. Any company will say they love their clients and will do anything for them. Any employee will say they want to do a good job for you as their client. But When you experience this in action, and walk away with a feeling of being heard and cared for in every detail, it’s a 5-star experience. Do yourself a favor and hitch your wagon to these people.
