Lux Tux offers an incredibly high level of service not only in the Chicago area but also across the country (and Canada!). Jim Jordan and his team are incredibly professional and have coordinated ground transportation for my family and clients here in Chicago, Miami, Seattle, Vancouver, and New York. On each occasion, regardless of market, well appointed luxury vehicles with experienced chauffeurs were on time or early and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

In fact, on a recent trip, one of the members of our party forgot their ID and our driver George went above and beyond by waiting to ensure we were able to resolve the issue before departing. He did not have to do that, but instead provided a high level of customer service and compassion.

The BEST car service!! Prompt, luxurious, clean and super safe during Covid in Los Angeles. The driver sanitized the entire vehicle minutes before I got in. Can't say enough good things about this company, will be using them exclusively from now on.
