I had a terrible experience with this agent. I asked several times for some changes to be made. They never made the changes. I inquired about adding additional policies, no action was taken after six months. I'm not sure how Country Companies compensates their agents but it must not be off bringing in new business or maintaining current clients. I cancelled all my policies and moved them to an independent agent who was happy to have my business. Never heard one word from her or her staff, emails went unanswered. Her complete incompetence cost me a lot of time and effort but I was able to save a lot of money with another insurance company.
