This place was perfect for my little stay. A little bit of a drive to major restaurants but worth it. The staff was gracious and kind. The room was clean aside from obvious wear and tear. The kitchen amenity would be very useful if needed. Overall building was clean. The only draw back is it does smell of smoke even though it is a smoke free hotel. Also because if the weather it was ice all over the parking lot. I wish they would have salted just to be safe. But it was a nice stay over all and I would come back again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. I’m usually a little leery when staying in an extended stay hotel because I’ve seen some bad ones. But this one surprised me. The staff is so pleasant, and the rooms were super clean. They are older and could use updating. But I will say that the staff takes great care of the property and they really take pride in cleanliness. I think every time I stepped out of my room there was someone cleaning something, and I really appreciate that. It even smells clean when you walk in and I was grateful for that.
The staff is so nice and the rooms and building are very clean and well taken care of. It was a great experience.

All this place need is to be updated. I relocated to Chicago for a job. This was my first Extended Stay ever. I was very skeptical. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Diana. I was not pleased with the quality of the 1st 2 rooms i saw.. mostly that the refrigerators look like they ben thru HELL. BUUUt, Diana was more than accommodating to me. She was dealing with a difficult situation from another guest but maintained her composure while toggling back and forth between us both.|| My final room was good, clean and quiet. My bed was comfy. Great location to catch the Pace bus to downtown to connect to the trains..Walkability score for food and entertainment 10/10 .All staff that i encountered, like Juanita, was friendly and those things are priceless.

Went for a small vacation with my husband and our kids.
Upon arrival the room looked decent, you can tell it is old, wood chopped on cabinets and a picture frame that was cracked in the bathroom, a lamp on the wall , a piece of it kept coming off when touched. Needed to be much more cleaner especially when people stay for long periods. We should arrive in an already cleaned room. I noticed a old nasty looking spill on the night stand they had, the fridge had some type of old spill going down the handle also. We stayed on the first floor it was pretty quiet so that was great, especially since we have young children that need to sleep in a quiet area. The service was great. They had everything we needed for making food there, they gave my husband a small bin with everything, glass plates, coffee cups plastic cups to wash, bowls, silverware, pans.. everything!
He came with a coffee maker too! And they gave us a wash rag, we did ask for some dish soap which they gladly provided.
I like that we were on the first floor and we just walk a bit down by the front and grab some little bit of hot water and packs of oatmeal and plastic spoons and muffins to eat and snack on in the early mornings.
The biggest downside was the cleanliness of the room. And the floor was actually really nasty. I wanted to mop it myself but I didn't want to go buy anything for only a two night stay when I think they should've cleaned it before anyone stays there.
I kept my shoes on whenever I got off the beds. My kids and husband didn't so their socks were black and we only stayed for 2 nights.
Location was okay it was quiet and stuff to do right across.

This place is a filthy dump!! One of the worst ever!! People laying in the door way when walking in, the Room is falling apart . One cup in the room. Dirty floors filthy behind the dresser. Saw a bug not sure what kind. Crap stuck on the tables. Broken shelf in closet. Funky order. Will request a refund. Oh a Free Breakfast is a huge Joke. Its coffee and a Multigrain bar.

The manager and staff at the Burr Ridge location is a 10 star! Very clean. Very well run. Very safe environment. I am very grateful I was able to enjoy my extended. Stay At this Bur Ridge Location. I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I had an incredible stay. The rooms were immaculate, cozy, and ideally situated. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service, particularly from Juanita , the manager. She was an absolute delight—her kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring we were well taken care of made a huge difference. Juanita friendly and approachable demeanor really made us feel at home. We can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking top-tier hospitality and a wonderful atmosphere!”
