Didn't notice how many bad reviews this company had until I needed to write my own. Completely ripped me off and refused to cut my father's water back on after his bill was paid. Now he's left with no water while sick and on disability.

They ripped me off about $120. I paid my bill and in a few weeks my water got turned off. When I called they said I didn't pay my bill! Well I had paid in cash and didn't keep my receipt so they did nothing! I had to pay the bill again plus late fees, etc. They did knock off some because they knew I wasn't lying because I was in tears because that was all the money I had. They suck!

I would give them a higher rating. I just think fineing poor people over utility bills is sadistic

Stay as far away from these people as you can and if you have to deal with him you might want to bring a lawyer with you they are set up to rip off poor people the water probably isn't even tested and on another note it takes 30 days to get your deposit back and if they lose it plan on waiting another 6 months and all this time they hold your money you get no interest the whole system down there is set up to rip off old and poor people
