Stayed in room 212 overall, a pretty nice room. Clean and sanitized, which was great, and passed the bed bug inspection. The mattresses are a little too hard for my liking, but for a 1 night stay they work well. The room needed some basic maintenance but overall was in good shape. The shower was fantastic has good water pressure and heat stayed consistent. The only gripe I have was that the breakfast was super basic and I didn't enjoy it very much. The front entrance at night is super creepy with all the construction and no lights on in the hallway entering the building, which, to be honest, would turn most people away. Overall not a bad stay.

Casey was a wonderful person who made our day stress free. She takes extra time to make we were taken care of. She takes the extra effort to making us feel special. The toilet was challenging because it had a very low flush. Mattress and pillows are heavenly. I love their brand or liquid soap, shower gel and conditioner. Hot food buffet was good. Coffee was exceptional.

This was by far the worst Marriott experience we have had in over 40 years of travel. The hotel was under construction which we were not made aware of when we booked our reservation. The lobby and hallways were a mess. Our room had very high levels of mold and mildew, causing respiratory distress and a poor night's sleep. The decor/furniture would earn a one star and the coffee was terrible. The lobby coffee maker was broken. We filled out the requested survey that was emailed to us, but have not heard back from a management member. Do not stay at this property!

I struggle to write this as I love Bonvoy and use with all business and personal travel - or at least did. I checked in on Thanksgiving, getting two separate rooms. 1 room was fine. But the other room did not have a bedside table, the microwave and refrigerator were sitting on the floor and the dresser was not completely put together . I went downstairs to ask for a room change, which was not available. I was offered points, a measly 1000 points. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of reconciliation. I booked my room months in advance and would just like a complete room. On top of that, I was charged full price for both rooms. Make thay make sense?

I gave it 4 stars because the room would shake every so often and you could feel it in bed which was a little disturbing. I assume it was because we were next to elevators? It wasn't enough to make me switch rooms though. Everything else was good. Breakfast was good with some hot selections and cold. We didn't get to use the pool & gym but they both looked okay & a little on the small side. Parking was normal, location was close to some restaurants and convenient stores. Great service !

A nice, affordable hotel to stay at in this area. Easy to find as it is directly off the main road and relatively visible. Parking is usually light with spaces easy to find around the facility. Check-in is easy with the staff and they are polite and professional. The lobby/foyer is spacious with a TV to watch and plenty of seating.
There's a small business center if you need a computer to use or have something to print. The rooms are spacious with plenty of space to unpack your clothing. The room has a sizeable desk space if you're staying for business. The fridge actually had a freezer that froze my drinks whereas I usually put it in there to get it to ice-cold temperatures. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of space in the shower as well as sink area. The room itself was kept tidy as this falls within any Marriott brand. The wifi works well and I had multiple devices hooked up (a couple of laptops, portable gaming system). They are following current respiratory guidelines. Recommended.

We stayed at four hotels during our four-night trip. This one was the best, by far. The location was great. Parking was easy. The front desk clerk was fast and friendly. We had an issue with our keycard and she troubleshooted it and was able to fix it so we were good to go the rest of our stay. The room was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so it isn't as wasteful. And, there is even a recycling bin! Breakfast in the morning had a lot from which to choose - including some packaged items like waffles and breakfast sandwiches, which were yummy. Would stay here again.
