Beautiful historic hotel in great condition with excellent service! They do not have an elevator but they do offer staff to take your bags to your rooms. Lots of character in the design and lots of history. Love the bar and the room was lovely and comfortable.

Just a short stop while traveling. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was fantastic and accommodating. The room was super clean, cozy and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was decorated perfectly! The dinner was delicious and breakfast was perfect!

What a wonderful experience! The town, the people, and the service was excellent. I was there for our annual Christmas Party and it was magical. All of the shops are within walking distance. We had golf carts to drive around to different restaurants/bars. Overall the staff was incredibly accommodating, and the rooms were very nice and clean. I would hands down recommend anyone to stay here.

This venue is absolutely stunning. Right down to the gold pipe fixtures in the restroom! Lavish yet still has that coastal vibe. Service shout out to Shannon she rocked very attentive and full of laughs and recommendations!! Thank you for making my time here more memorable 💜

The Gibson Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The restaurant serves great food and a very friendly staff. Apalachicola is a great little town to visit and explore. Everything is in walking distance from the Inn and makes for a great stay. The rooms are very clean and sitting out on the veranda each morning and afternoon was very relaxing. You will definitely enjoy The Gibson Inn!

Hotel was historic looking but had been recently remodeled. Room was very clean and neat, nice and ample toiletries.Very large shower with 2 heads. Room was small but comfortable. Definitely would stay again. Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant was a bit pricey, but great food and service was excellent.

We had a confirmation for a 300 Sq. Ft room for over $300/night. Unfortunately our room was just 225 sq. Ft. We were allowed a change but even that room was just 280 sq. Ft. Front desk help said "well this is an old hotel" ( seriously We measured perfect rectangular rooms)Also was told by front desk help that the number was " approximate " (well then that word should have been used in description) We had a veranda room...but wow...we could not use it because the chain locks could not be opened. Poor taste in decor. Christmas menus were still in place on outside. We even told the desk person about it but alas they were not changed. Very dark hallways. Doorknobs did not work well...just spinned. Phone did not work. TV difficult to use. Nice bath.

My husband and I stayed at the Gibson inn this weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary! We were greeted by a very friendly staff, yummy food, & a cozy room! The inn was clean, had a wonderful bar & kitchen, and was located in the perfect spot to see the town! My husband said that the “old fashioned” at the bar was the best he has had! We will definitely be visiting again & referring friends and family to visit! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
