Had a great charter with Apalachicola Charters this week!! Captain Rudy was awesome with our 7 year old, helping him fish and teaching him along the way. He absolutely loved it and has asked if we can do a fishing charter with Captain Rudy every time we’re at the beach! He definitely went way above and beyond for us to ensure we had a great time! He is born and bred here and knows the history of the area, which was fun to hear! We’ll see you next time Captain Rudy!!

We had a great experience with Captain Rudy! Communication was clear and booking was easy. He is knowledgeable about the area and waterways and we enjoyed hearing about their history from a local. As a guide he was easy to talk to, had a great sense of humor, and the ride was very comfortable. The views were gorgeous even in the winter time! We would definitely book with Apalachicola Charters in the future.

Captain Rudy of Appalachicola Charters gave us a fantastic morning catching a variety of fish. We started off in the river with redfish and sheepshead and then out to the bay for some hot action with white trout. Filled the cooler with delicious fish. Highly recommended!!

If you want fish....go with Rudy!! We caught tons of fish & as a bonus he was entertainment !!🤣 This was by far the most incredible fishing trip I've ever been on! We will definitely be back! Thanks Rudy for the memories! 🎣

We had such a great time with Captain Rudy today! We started out playing with the dolphins! The kids (and adults) were just amazed with each jump and splash! It was peaceful, beautiful and fun!
Then we made our way to Little Saint George Island and spent some time exploring and learning about the history of Apalachicola and the barrier islands. Rudy’s family has been in Apalachicola for many years and he has so much knowledge of the history and the growth of this little piece of heaven. We saw stingrays, hermit crabs, alligators, snakes, oyster, conch, and so many fish!
Our next stop was at the other end of the island where we were able to collect a bunch of beautiful shells. Our family enjoyed being on such a beautiful and untouched beach!
We headed back to the marina and put the kids to sleep under a beautiful sunset.
This was the best part of our beach vacation! We will definitely be going out with him the next time we are in town!

I booked a four hour charter with Captain Rudy today for myself, my two sons and my 75 year old mom.
Captain Rudy put us right on the fish as soon as we stopped the boat and we were reeling them in immediately.
We caught lots of fish and to the delight of everyone, we also caught several sharks. Watching my mom fight like crazy to reel in two sharks was an absolute highlight of my day!
Rudy was awesome in teaching us, helping us, telling us stories and was SO patient with us.
We had the best day and are so grateful we the opportunity to spend the day together making memories!
