Love love love this place. Probably my favorite brewery in the country, not that I travel to them like that. I've been coming for years, I don't even remember when they first opened. The city itself just has that lazy Sunday afternoon vibe and OCB is the epicenter. Really good beer, friendly staff that's been there since the beginning. Other than popcorn they don't have much in the way of food but walk across the street to the Owl Cafe or around the corner to the Hole in the Wall. All the beers are good, so just pick one drink and repeat. My favorite is mangrove, cause this is the perfect place for a 8% mango IPA. I'm glad to see hound dog is still happy and healthy. So awesome that they adopted her. She was a local stray who was friendly but skittish and would hang around but came and went as the wind blows. Finally one of the workers got close/comfortable enough to get her to a vet and now she's the local Mascot. It's not a huge brewery like the satellite site in Mobile, so seating is somewhat limited. On summer weekends it packs out with visitors and locals taking over the entire corner and half the block. Also if it's the right time of the year, the entire city smells like star(confederate) jasmine. It's straight out of a Hemingway novel.

Lively place with great drinks.

Ordering process was very good and I was given samples of some that I was on the fence about.

I would like to know more about what was in some of the brews. Especially since they brew in that room but they will let you taste anything I’m sure.

Definitely recommend stopping by if visiting.

In a town with only one brewery, residents and tourists (like me) are lucky that it's so good. Fair prices for pints and 6-packs; wide range from sours to IPAs to blondes; cool, revitalized downtown spot. Mostly outdoor seating - not huge, but not too full on a recent visit. Pleasant surprise for a craft beer fan!

I have been coming here since they 1st opened open years ago and they have done a really amazing job growing their brand and producing great beer. Great selection for a wide variety of tastes. Located right on the corner downtown Apalachicola with outdoor seating its a great spot to hang out and take in the city. The blood orange ipa was excellent. A must vist place.

A must stop. So many positive things about this place. First, are the people who work there. So friendly and interactive with everyone I saw who stopped by. Second, was the AWESOME beers on tap...so many to choose from. Third, was having conversations with the patrons. Fourth, more great beer. And last, as they were closing and cleaning up, two more couples walked up 10 minutes after they closed but had not locked the doors. Instead of saying we are closed, they invited them in and made sure they had beer and did not rush them. This is how it should be. I commented to the lady what I had observed and told her I had not seen that at any other brewery I have visited. Her comment was, "They drove all this way and will not leave without having one of our beers."

You are in Apalachicola. You like/love/open to craft beer. Then Oyster Brewing Company is the place to be. Have a dog? Bring them! Need a place to rest after shopping? Yes, come and get you a beer! Love IPA? Love Lagers? Stout is your middle name? Brown, Amber, sour? It's all here. Come get you some! The best, in my opinion, are the Hooter Brown and the Dirty Blonde which are always on the menu. That being said, I'm adventurous, so I'm always good for a flight. Oh, and get you a Tshirt, silicone pint glass, and a collar for the pup. Can't get there? Want to take some home? Visit the Publix or Total Wine in Florida. They are likely to have some.

Oyster City Brewing Co. is an awesome little gem of a brewery. They also distribute all over the country and even brew for other brands. Pretty awesome operation and the Owner/Brewmeister were open with sharing info with us on process and took us on a short tour.

Cute little place. We had to wait for glasses for a flight. Apparently they only have 4 sets. I get that beer tastes better in glass but during a pandemic plastic might be a better option, especially since you can taste the beers and buy beers in to go cups.
