Thanks to most the staff who cared for my Gram in her final years. Compared to surrounding options, this is one of the better facilities in the area. For what this costs, these residents should be eating Lobster and Caviar daily. The food can only be described as bottom of the barrel, lowest par, “ham sandwiches and slop.” Rest in peace gram. Facilities are clean and landscaping is very well kept, but staff still may take 1+ hours to answer the call button for help. Unacceptable at the same monthly rate of a multi million dollar luxury mansions mortgage. Shame our system is this way.
