We usually rent the suit because it fits all 6 of us. It has lots of space and 2 bedrooms. Seems to be lacking upkeep. The sink faucet is coming off, burned out light bulbs.
Free breakfast is really great, lots of choices but you can’t bring food to your room. Could be because of abuse but it’s frustrating especially if I’d like to have my wife sleep in and I can bring her food in bed. But it is what it is. Overall not a bad place, we have stayed here the last 5 years on February vacation from school.

The pool downstairs is usually pretty good. Most nights on the weekend they were having pool parties with Envy the health club attached. I was Informed this weekend the owner didn’t renew their liquor license because they weren’t going to be doing the pool parties anymore after this month.
I’m sad that this partnership is over and I know my kids really enjoyed our years of February school break fun.

If you wanna be able to get a good nights sleep on any of the rooms near the road this is not the place for you. There is an overnight trucking parking lot right next to the building.|Waited almost a half an hour for someone to come to the front desk to check us in, pretty sure there was no heat in the lobby or the elevator, both freezing. Walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor next-door snoring.|Bed was comfortable too bad is too noisy to sleep. I called ahead of time asked if there was a hot tub was told yes, but there was not, but there was is a pool with a leak in it. And then was informed that it would be closing at the end of the month anyway.|Definitely not a location I’ll return to.

Great place to stay when in the Manchester area, rooms are always clean, Jim access is in an actual Jim that is connected to the hotel karma pool in sauna included. Complimentary breakfast had many options and was very fresh and well attended to for the duration of breakfast service. Plenty of parking as well.

Well after being accused of smoking in my room and being told to check out I am very upset. I spent almost $2,000,00 staying at The Comfort Inn while my apartment was being renovated after a flood. My room was on the second floor and I opened the window to let fresh air in and by doing that the people that were smoking cigarettes outside near my window made the room smell like an ashtray. Yes I am a smoker. I however followed the no smoking policy being that I wanted my $250.00 amenities deposit back. The manager didn't want to hear anything I had to say which was ridiculously unprofessional and extremely unfair to myself especially after all the money I had spent.
Anyway other then that I was pleased with my room. I had a few different rooms during my where is stays at The Comfort Inn and I was not disappointed with the rooms at all. Only the false accusation of smoking in the hotel.

DO NOT STAY - BED BUGS. I was scheduled to stay here for 2 nights. The first room they gave me - had dirty bed sheets (Room 317) - so the gentleman at the front desk was nice, checked the sheets, apologized and gave me the room across (318). Room 318 had 2 beds - so I slept on the one closer to the door - for a few hours (came in late). The next day - I was out all day. When I came back - I took a shower and when I was getting ready to go to bed - I saw a bug on the other bed. So I killed it and then because it was on the bed - I started researching bed bugs and came to find out that it was a male, unfed, adult bed bug. Thankfully I did not unpack much and I left immediately. So I had to leave in the middle of the night (around 1 am). The gentleman at the front desk did not even want to come up to see the bug - he offered to give me another room and I declined at this point - as I was freaking out about the bed bug. I asked for a check-out letter and he said that he could not check me out until 2am. So I decided to wait and then suddenly he could check me out before 2am. It has been a week and I believe that I was not bitten or neither did I carry any bed bugs. In my opinion, the fact that no one has called form the hotel to make it right, apologize, refund OR get me another hotel room - is very disappointing.

I would never ever stay here and again and risk getting bed bugs - in a hotel that is clearly not managed from hygiene stand point. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel.

Rooms were great, clean and comfy. The floor smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. Customer service was great. The breakfast was the only thing lacking. The eggs were not good with a weird texture I’ve never experienced. The potatoes were straight up raw. Perfect location to SNHU, less than a mile and a half approximately.

Positive: The staff and breakfast were very good Negative: The shower didn?t drain, it was also hard to get in and out of due to the toilet location. The hallways had a smell of old food. The pool was not open for the entire weekend I was there.

I had went there for valentines day to get away and enjoy all the beautiful ammentaties. I checked in and realized they were doing renovations when I went to grab a cart to bring my bags to the room. To my surprise all of the ammentaties were not able to use. The pool. The game room and even the exercise room were down. I tried to even go into another door for the exercise room just to get shoed away by one of the workers doing the renovations. 5 minutes later I saw the workers using the exercise room!!! But the guests were not allowed to? The room was good except the couch and chair was hard as a rock. The outside of the building was absolutely absurd. They had a huge forklift with the forks up in the air holding something. That's a big no no. All along the backside and the sides of the building were trashed and mattresses galore. The mattresses were in over flowing dumpsters they had some in snow banks.. multiple mattresses in snow banks then there were some just in the parking lot it self near the dumpster. I dont encourage anyone to go to this hotel. especially off of booking .com. you never know what your walking into unless you do some extensivee reserch. Very unsatisfied.
