From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly and personable representative. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was a question of being heated, the hot tub nice. The fitness center was small but adequate, spent an hour. The bar and tender were inviting and friendly. Food was also good, we did partake in the breakfast which is perfect for on the run. You can order off a menu if you prefer. All so friendly and engaging. I highly recommend.

I absolutely had to make a review right after I checked in, because the service I experienced from Jackson at front desk during check in, was exceptional! Was very down to earth and easy to chat with! Asked me welcoming questions like "How was your drive here?". He instantly recognized my gold member status, and even gave me a breakfast voucher! Very outgoing, kind personality. Best front desk clerk I've met at a hotel! Thank you Jackson for starting off my stay so wonderful!

This was my first time here. I went for my brother's birthday weekend. Very good location 👌🏾 very accommodating staff. We had a problem with breakfast and they offered to pay for us to have it again or Target gift card (which they didn't have to do at all) Olivia, Jaycee, Kaitlyn, Jackson and Holly where awesome staff and very nice people. We appreciate everything that everyone did and definitely will be staying there whenever we are in town.

This hotel is a good and clean hotel in a great location! Even though it has been a bit since the hotel was renovated, it's still clean and well taken care of. For instance, we moved a chair in the room to put up an air mattress for our child, and the rug was just as clean under the chair and at the corners of the room. The location is great right off the highway, yet still in downtown Manchester. Parking is easy and the lobby is nice. The hotel staff was responsive and friendly, even when our toddler had meltdowns in the lobby area. I notified them of black ice forming in the parking lot and they had salt spread out a short time later. ||The restaurant left so much to be desired, at least at breakfast. The eggs were pre-cooked cafeteria style, the potatoes were so hard and dry from sitting in a warming pan they were inedible, and the fruit was pre-frozen melon chunks which had a gelatinous texture. Many items were missing or sporadically available, including condiments, milks, etc. For instance, there was ketchup and salsa the first day, but not for the following two days. The oatmeal station had no oatmeal (not even offered), yet the toppings for oatmeal were out on the counter for the entirety of our 4-day stay. There was almond milk, regular milk, and chocolate milk the first day, but it was never restocked after that. You can order food cooked-to-order instead of getting food from the buffet, so we did that once and it took so long that we didn't have time to eat it (they said they had to go buy ingredients for what we ordered, which was very nice of them, but we would have preferred to just been told that they didn't have it instead of waiting without explanation for nearly an hour). They removed that item from our bill due to the wait, but since we paid for the room which included breakfast, it was irrelevant. I couldn't fathom paying $19/person for this food, which is their charge if it's not included with the room. ||It's worth staying at the hotel, but next time will skip the breakfast. I think the hotel could easily improve on these restaurant issues with a bit more oversight and management of how the restaurant is operated.

Over priced for the quality now. Very clean, no issues with that. The staff was nice, no issues there. It was just dated and the prices were crazy! Dated carpet, and uncomfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was $21 per person! That’s crazy!

I liked the pool was open until 11, BUT if you are outside in the hot tub, the door locks, even with your key card. Be careful!!! I was stuck outside in the snow at 11pm.

We had an amazing experience! We had a minor issue with the room we booked through a 3rd party company and the manager made sure to make it right and threw in a free breakfast for the trouble. Excellent and friendly service! It’s a bit dated but extremely clean!

We had a good time at the hotel. We were there for the business meeting. The staff at the hotel were super helpful! Special mention to Jackson, Kaitlyn, Sean( Person from the kitchen) who helped us with our samples! Special thanks to three of them.
