I live at Gatewood Manor and Glendale Dining Services makes lunch for us Monday through Friday. Chef Ed is great and often goes above nd beyond to make dining special. We recently had an "end of summer luau" the decorations made the occasion festive and the food was excellent. Everyone I spoke too had an fun time. Thank you Glendale, Chef Eddie and staff for providing great food and service.

The complete lack of consideration for second and third shift nursing staff is appalling here at Rockingham county. The large majority of the time there are little to no meals left out. Often the meals that are left out are expired by several days. There are many nursing employees working 12-16 hour shifts (sometimes longer). Previous Director of Nursing has addressed this with the kitchen manager, yet nothing changes. Not to mention the grossly overpriced snacks/drinks. Including 2 oz. hand sanitizers for $5-$7 each

Company couldn't care to serve decent food to elderly patients who pay a high premium of living. Items on the menu are never served as listed and when complaints from residents or staff are made they are swept under the rug. They give servers a spatula and tell them good luck. Highly Do NOT recommend

Every day I get to witness the professional and caring Glendale staff as they serve the many residents here at Scott-Farrar. They are thoughtful and always willing to help each other as a team and the residents adore them!
