This was the first time using this particular Best Western, and we couldn't be more pleased. Great breakfast included. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel overall was very clean and orderly.

The Best Western Hampshire Inn & Suites, Seabrook, N.H. is close to I-95, but very quiet. I had a 2 rooms suite, very nice and quiet. I have used the fitness room too: there is everything you need. The pool looks nice, but I haven't used it. Everything seems very clean. There are stores and restaurants close to the hotel. I have found it a really nice accommodation, with really pleasant staff. Breakfast has everything, from eggs, potatoes and sausages, toast, bagels, muffin and danish, yogurt, corn flakes etc.

Probably a great place for just an overnight. The longer you stay the worse it gets. 2nd and 3rd night our room would fill up with cigarette smoke through the bathroom vent. When I mentioned it, the manager said “well maybe someone is smoking” I asked for the vent to be blocked in my bathroom but he never did anything about it. They made a big deal about changing $250 for smoking in a nonsmoking room and had me sign a paper to agree to it even though we don’t smoke. They didn’t offer me $250 for each night of smoke. There was also an old trash bag that was in the hallway at the stairs that was never removed. Just skip the breakfast, unless you like rancid waffle mix with nothing to drink. The room in room coffee was pretty good the first morning but they never replaced the used items to have it again. It was good for convenience because it was across the street from whom we were visiting.

Terrible service. We stayed back in October for a family vacation with our two young children. We checked in, got our room, and unpacked fully from sorting clothes into drawers, setting up baby sound machine and camera, and pack n play. We were excited to start our vacation. We had driven to the local grocery store to obtain a few groceries for our stay. When we arrived back to our room to the front desk employee flagged us down and stated we had been moved rooms because there was a larger party that they needed our room that had checked in while we were gone. We said no thank you as we were already settled into our room and ready to get the kids to bed as it was late. Employee notified us that we didn’t have a choice because they already moved our stuff for us. You could only imagine the looks on our face as we had just spent over an hour unpack and getting settled a few hours before then. I have never ever heard of a hotel doing this. Especially without the guest permission. That is our belongings. Their version of “moving” us was to throw all of our unpacked stuff back into our suitcases (including all personal items mind you) along with (our sons clothes covered in throw up from airport sickness) then throw the suitcase into another room and call it good. We have been trying to get ahold of the general manager to discuss this situation and we don’t think there is one. We were there for a whole week and never saw him. Employees didn’t know where he was or when he was going to return. How is that possible? We have called several times post trip to contact the GM and he is never there. This location has ruined the future of us ever wanting to book at a best western again. So upset and frustrated. Not recommended as if you have an issue that arises during you stay, it will most likely not be resolved.

I had a king suite booked for months for new years eve. 45 mins before check in i was told due to maintenance issues we would be moved to the sister hotel in hampton. Upon arrival, there seemed to be lack of communication. We were briefly put in a room in hampton that was a small room with two queens. About a half hour later we were told that we had to relocate again to hampton falls. The staff at hampton told me i would be comped. I was charged for the room in seabrook where i didnt even stay. When i called to ask about why i was charged the woman was abrasive and told me to call hampton. The Hampton location then retracted their promise on our room being comped, saying they never said it. Its truly just bad business. I have always enjoyed staying with this hotel, my fiance and i frequently would book nights to get away. I got nothing but the run around from both hotels. The final hotel we were sent to was dirty. The toilet was broken and the microwave. We werent even able to get settled until after 6 because of the poor customer service of the hotels. Ive been a rewards member there for a couple of years and the lack of consideration for the trouble we went through because of problems on the hotels end.

Pretty much enjoyed our stay here & the area in general. Appreciated the more than adequate hot free breakfast each day. Staff was exceptionally nice to a person. Room was very clean although my super sensitive nose picked up what I would guess was a very faint cigarette smoke of yesterday (the hotel is fairly old but has been remodeled). Would and may just seek out staying here again in the future.
