Friendly, helpful staff. Nice, comfortable room. The TV remote was pretty complicated to figure out, many channels not available. I liked being able to choose what type of music I like to listen to. I liked being able to access the grass courtyard with a gazebo. The large pool was amazing, warm water and a clean facility. Not enough towels were available for the pool. The adjoining restaurant was surprisingly large with a spacious banquet room. The buffet was generous and tasty. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The smoker outside was cooking something tasty, I'm sure! Kudos!

I travel for business every week to this area and stay from Tuesday to Saturday. I stayed at several Hotels in the area and this place is it for me. All around a great experience and a place you are treated like gold. Front desk manager Preet Patel is very helpful and prints work orders I need, which enables me to work from the room. Any needs see Ohara the GM and she will be right there to assist. Great overall experience.

I frequent at the Best Western and am always very satisfied with the service the atmosphere and with the quality of the staff. The staff will go above and beyond to assist meeting my requirements. It's also pleasant to be known on a first name basis by a business that you spend a lot of money at and a lot of time at. That quality is rare and yet it makes all the difference when you stay away from home and is the number one reason I do not frequent other hotels.

Positive: The hotel was in a great location for us as we were visiting Keene State. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast offered was good. Negative: This is an older hotel so it could use some updating. The halls on the second floor had an unpleasant smell. Would stay here again.

Positive: I could not stay to experience because of the awful smells. Negative: There was an amount of air freshener sprayed around the entire hotel that made me sick. They were trying to cover up some other bad smell, but it was so much of the perfumed smell I could not stay there. Worst hotel experience ever.

Don't stay here unless you want to have your money stolen by the overcharging hotel. Horrible customer service!!!
Stay across the street at the Hampton Inn but make sure that you try out the restaurant that is attached to the Best Western, Tempestas is fantastic.
The Best Western will overcharge you ($600.00 overcharge for my stay) and claim they know nothing about it.

Everything about this was a great experience from check-in, to the room and especially the price. |Hotels all over New Hampshire are $300. plus. |This hotel was half of that! |All staff members were helpful and went out of their way to facilitate guest’s needs. |I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean with plenty of space for an amputee to move and be comfortable. Excellent accessible bathroom for BKA with prosthetic. Good Hot Breakfast with expected plenty of choices including eggs, meat, breads, etc. Attached restaurant has good and reasonably dinners.
