Not the cleanest hotel I've been in. The staff is NOT friendly. The first room they put us in didn't have heat. In the next room the king size bed had 4 sofa throw pillow size pillows (meaning small squares) and the bathroom sink was either full blast or off with no stopper.

The staff are very helpful. King bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, nice crisp clean sheets, comfortable pillows. Bath tap was dripping non stop. They should fix that as they are loosing hot water. |Staff member got a bath stopper plug so that I could fill the bath. Very helpful and respectful.

Good efficient room. Nice and comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was simple but good. The hot water could have been hotter is my only real negative.

We were truly disappointed by our stay at this facility. We arrived, changed our clothes and went to an event we were in town for. We returned, fell asleep, and woke up the next morning. ||In the light of day, we were greeted with a microwave which had not been cleaned and contained melted and crusted cheese from the previous guest. While the sink had been cleaned the bathroom walls were filthy and the hair dryer was coated with grime. ||We packed our belongings, and informed the front desk of the filth upon checkout. No one was available to speak with us. We were told we’d receive a call when the manager arrived. 2 days later, and we had not yet received a response. it was only after we contacted corporate that we heard from the hotel. ||It was a disappointing stay to say the least.

I have stayed at this location multiple times over the years. For the most part it is clean and friendly. The breakfast has not returned to pre-Covid offerings which was a disappointment but otherwise I was satisfied with the stay. I would stay at this location again while traveling in the area.
