I hadn't been aware until recently that you can ask Ann for a single consultative meeting when you just want ideas to refresh a particular room. It was a fun experience. Nervous at what she'd think about my living room, Ann actually made me feel like maybe my taste isn't so bad after all! Her ideas were great. Particularly with color advising and furniture placement... she can see things that a homeowner's eyes just don't because you live there. I wound up with a single note sheet of things to do and I'm excited to look for some "fun" new upholstery for my beige chairs! Thanks, Ann!

A financial and design disaster. My hope is that this review can save other families the headaches and heartache that we've experienced. The red flag should have been the sentence in the contract stating that we will "take no action with the intention of harming one another’s reputation or of leading to unfavorable publicity." My intent is not to harm the reputation or to even lead to unfavorable publicity of Ann Henderson Interiors. It is an honest and forthright intent to share so that others have the opportunity to have a fair account of the potential pitfalls and to hopefully guide this company to sound business practices.

Simply and factually put, there were grand and gross miscalculations on measurements of lighting and furniture in which AHI refused to acknowledge accountability. While AHI touts their discounts to clients being taken very seriously, I found, more than a dozen items via online retail stores at much lower prices. Change orders were created without our approval and then those increased costs were hidden and padded into multiple invoices which created hours of work on our end to decipher. Several items were paid for in full that were held for weeks, months and not delivered. Additionally, know that you will be forced to prepay for all items, installations, labor, prior to any work being started. If something goes awry, which has been the case for us many times throughout this process, you will have no recourse other than hiring an attorney. The level of gaslighting, deception, and condescension was beyond anything I've ever experienced. Please beware and ask for recent residential references. We've learned a great deal through this relationship and our hope is that AHI has, as well.
