Where do I even start…. This was such an amazing property, I had a great experience Alysia. Check in was so smooth, they made sure we had everything we needed for our baby. The accommodations were 10 stars. The apartment is HUGE, so great for families. All the rooms were super clean. The balcony is huge and so relaxing. I think we spent most of our trip outside there. The pool and jacuzzi are on the rooftop which it’s so pretty great views of the Bay. The location is right next to Bal Harbor Shops and all my favorite restaurants. I will be staying here when ever we’re in Miami. I love the location and the staff. Thank you guys so much!!! And Alysia thank you so much for coming through with everything we needs so quickly and efficiently you’re the best!!!

The place is gorgeous, quiet, open, with a beautiful view of palm trees and bay harbor skyline. The apartment comes with everything you need, appliances and comfort. The pool is also very nice and never too busy. The area around is beautiful, we walked our little son with a stroller at any time of the day and at night and always felt super secure. Lots of cafes and restaurants are in the area, and it’s 10 minutes away walking distance from the beach. The management team was very dedicated, specially Alysia, respectful and professional.

Best place I’ve stayed in Miami hands down and I’ve stayed at the high rise downtown ones even. Great location. Spacious. Well decorated. Will stay again. Highly recommended. Alysia was very attentive and offered guidance when needed.

This location was great and the view was amazing from sunrise to sunset. The host was great and always made sure that you feel like you are at home. This property is beautiful and very clean in a quiet area close to some of the best shopping!!!

Great place to stay in bay harbor with accommodations, for kids, Shabbos staircase, and all accessories,

Big spacious units with nice fully furnished and equipped kitchen and bathrooms,
The overall condition of the units is ok,
beds were fine, and nice balconies with great views of the surrounding area depends on which floor you are within eight the eight story complex.
Pretty quiet and pleasant, almost didn’t hear any noise at all,
Have a rooftop pool and hot tub, (water heater was broken)
Nice parking garage downstairs,

Perfect stray at bay harbour one! Everything was as promised, even better. Communication was perfect and we got quick answers to all questions. Appartment was clean and well equipped. Location on Bal Harbor is for our needs perfect. Restaurants and shopping in foot-walk distance, if you look fopr the famous Miami Night Life yo need an Uber. We'll come back!

This is our second year at One Bay Harbour . Bay Harbour Island, Florida. The overall condition of the units is fantastic with very comfortable beds and large balconies. The complex is eight stories so not too big and boasts both a rooftop pool and hot tub with great views of the surrounding area. The service that we received from start to finish from Laura was top notch , very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back in 2025 !!!
