Bay Harbor was a beautiful town. I’ve lived here for 9 years. The last 3 were terrible. The city is greedy- all they do is develop new buildings- they have 0 traffic solutions. God forbid someone was having a medical emergency on the island while it’s gridlocked…. Good luck….Parking is an absolute joke. Why not make a new parking garage and open it up for free for residence? In addition, the last 3 years they raised the bridge toll to almost $2 every time you leave/enter. Want to avoid the toll? Buy a $400 yearly pass…just WOW. The only ones that can live here now are those that can afford a 2 bedroom for $1.5 million. Again, what a joke!
