We stayed for a week in a one bedroom unit on the 9th floor. Made to feel very welcome when we checked in. The unit was very spacious, clean and had fantastic views. Almost wrap around balconies enabled great views of the sunrise and sunset. Good location with the beach only a 15 minute walk away.||Will definitely go back.

I stayed on the 9th floor. The property was very nice, with a great view of the water and the city. There was 3 balconies. Two in the living room, and one in the bedroom. It was very spacious, and I loved how it had two bathrooms, with two sinks in the master bathroom. I also loved how the refrigerator came with an ice maker. The decor was simple but nice, and everything was so clean. I really enjoyed the long mirrors for pictures. For $20 a day you got parking in the garage, or you could have parked on the street for free, but coming in late at night there was no parking, so paying the $20 a day was good. The rooftop pool had an amazing view as well. The one thing I didn't like about the condo was they had a nice tub, but the inside looked like it was peeling badly so I didn't bother to use it. The other problem I had was I paid for late checkout, but I guess it wasn't communicated with management so in the middle of getting dress someone came in on us, which was kinda scary, and I was frustrated because when I told them I paid for late checkout they kept telling me I didn't and they didn't have any record, but thank God I keep my proof of receipt. I showed them and they apologized, but how the whole situation concurred was a little much. Other than that, the condo was close to a lot of things, which was good, and it was quiet.

We had a great time staying here. Only complaint is, there was a shortage of cushions on the outdoor furniture. We checked in a little late (which they knew because we called) so it was a little rocky but the rooftop pool made up for the bad start. All in all, the room was great with a great skyline and partial ocean view. Very peaceful, private and calm considering all the chaos across the bay.

Best choice I could have ever made! This place was phenomenal. Absolutely stunning 1 bedroom with 2 baths, marble floors, stainless steel appliances, king size bed and a balcony from the bedroom and living room. The most amazing part was the swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the roof of the building with spectacular views of Miami!

A hidden gem in Bay Harbor islands. Steps away from Bal harbor mall and the beach. Boutique condo features 40 residences with unique and stunning views of the marina and the turquoise ocean.

Although the place looks nice, it's overshadowed by sub par service. Quite disappointing, do not recommend.
