We stayed there for two weeks. The apartment is located in nice and safe area. There is nice pool. Our apartment was comfortable enough but it needs refreshing (painting, cleaning). Price was reasonable. There is parking lot for guests.

This hotel was the WORST and when I say worst I mean the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel I have ever been to. There was mold everywhere, the back door was not sealed right, so bugs were entering and they were all over. The bed was dirty, towels had stains. Bathroom shower was stained yellow on a blue floor, the bathroom rug when you get out the shower was dirty. It smelled terrible, the AC was SO loud. You can hear every single footstep of the people outside. People outside hitting the windows. To add along, we didn’t get the room we paid for either and when you try to contact the hotel they hang up. This place is way too overpriced for what they give you. You should be embarrassed to even give someone a room looking the way they did. We paid for 6 days, but we checked out the same night we got there. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT IS ADVERTISED. 0/10 recommend.

If you’re traveling with a big group this place is for you! We arrived later at night, so it was dark and it was raining. That was our only struggle on finding our room, but we made a phone call and the gentleman guided us directly to our room. Otherwise, this place was very clean very spacious and a great place for everyone of our adults and children to lay their head on a pillow and sleep good That night:) The pool area is very beautiful and my family said it’s the warmest pool they’ve ever been in. It was great.

I have been in Miami many times and I have to say that this accommodation by far was the very best, we had an amazing time. The place was beautiful and so clean and really felt like home, we didn't want to leave. Customer service was exceptional, we will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic place to stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay in my favourite destination xxx

Don't stay at this place. There are bugs flying around alot of bugs were dead. They look like mites. Unit 11 cracked floors, all the windows look creepy and dirty. THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY. Cheap aint always good. And the price is not worth. We all have bite marks and raised bumps on our bodies. Looks like the projects...got moved to Unit 18 it was alittle better but we still got bit. There was a mouse that got into our bread. I had an allergic reaction to insects biting me. Bugs in the ceiling. The pool is old and very small. The property manager was nice to let move to Unit 18 the pictures are not described as the pictures. Please do not be mislead. The appliances were nasty. This is my second post somehow the first was taken down.

Man let me tell you... Do not stay there period Unit 11 had BUGS dead and alive, flying around look like the projects. The tub was painted, looked nasty.. got moved the next morning to Unit 18, there were bugs still crawling, the long sofa in the living room had some kind of bugs biting. I am covered in hives and bite marks. All guest have bite marks on them as well..Bugs in the ceiling. Mouse or rat ate through our bread. The floors were dirty, all the appliances were nasty. The windows look like creepy. Window Unit air conditioning and don't work good at night.
The property manager was nice enough to move us but after that he ignored anything else that was mentioned. That place needs alot of work done to it. Pictures were not as described.. dont be mislead....I could write a whole book. Being a homeowner and interested in real estate I know this was disgusting and very disappointed.

Lost for words... Unit number 6 was absolutely dreadful. Bugs both dead and alive everywhere on the floor and the beds. Kitchen was okay but no kettle and only one plate in a two bedroom apartment. Blender and coffee machine was filthy and smelt horrible. Air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work and only outputted hot air. Shower does not allow for change in the water pressure, only temperature and is quite weak. This place doesn’t have any openable windows either.
